We stopped after driving 5 hours. We asked for our large order to go and the server informed us that it would be 15-20 minutes to prepare our food. She offered for us to go ahead and sit and wait. While we were waiting, she brought over waters for everyone and then chips and salsa. Each of our orders included a bag of tortilla chips and cups of salsa. The food was so good that my husband consumed his meal in minutes. The portions were large and so tasty. If we are ever driving through again we will go out of our way to stop and enjoy a meal.

What a great restaurant! It was not difficult to get to, less than 5 minutes off 99. The service was very friendly. Their pico was amazing. And they had Mexican Coke! I ordered a carnitas burrito, smothered in green sauce. It was tomatillo. Overall, a great place! I’ll be back when I come back through

I came to La Perla in Delano, CA for their famous FISH tacos. They are really good in taste, I highly recommend them. If you go to this local you may even ask the employees there, they themselves will tell you that their fish tacos sell A LOT.
