Be sure to check your take out order. They may be fast but we ordered cheese burgers with everything and got home with plain, dry hamburgers. They were quick giving us someone else’s meal. Used to go weekly to Culvers, that’s going to change, a lot of other options.Speed doesn’t replace quality. Also they advertise cooked to order, not this time.

This place is a sinful place. Burgers so good…. Fries done perfectly. Please do NOT open a location in Fremont, otherwise I will be in a burger coma. Hands down best fast food burger out there!
Update: Glad Culver’s responded promptly. Shows they stand behind their products. I will pay more for this quality. Look I’m a chunky guy, if I want a good, quality, fast burger fix…. This is my heaven!

i’ve honestly been going to this location for quite a while, foods always been good but i normally go in. i went through the drive through ordered a triple butter burger with no onions and two sides of ranch. i get home and my burger has two patties on it no ketchup pickle or mustard and no ranch. to say i was disappointed is a understatement, the burger was also very dry. don’t know what happened to this place.

First time going to Culver’s with my family and I will say there is not competition.
The price is similar to McDonald’s but you are not getting frozen garbage.
The Bacon Deluxe is excellent!
Custard is awesome, different flavors of the day is great to have such a variety.
Staff is super friendly and never had a bad interaction.
Kids love that we can customize their burgers.
There are two things that need to be fixed with Culver’s,
Cheese Sauce and Cheese Curds.
Ordered cheese curds(I have been to WI many times and tried amazing cheese curds). They are not good at Culver’s, nor is the cheese sauce, seems like it comes out of a dispenser because cheese sauce always has bubbles in it.

I went to the Culver’s in the north east part of Omaha. I had heard how wonderful it was from my 91 year old mother who lives there. So I decided to surprise her with a couple of pints of hand packed ice cream. I placed my order for 2 hand packed ice cream and it was to the shift leader. He handed me my number #61. They later called my number and brought me 2 shake type cups with spoons in them. I told the girl that I ordered hand packed. She told me, this is what you ordered. I tried to tell her, but they were busy, so I just left the store. Unimpressed with the store and their service. Quite frankly the ice cream was very creamy as advertised. However is was bland in flavor. You more than likely will be more satisfied with the selection at Hy Vee. At least you will get what you asked for.

I had a crispy chicken sandwich with a salad. Excellent tasting sandwich. The salad was fresh and had a very good tasting ranch dressing. Service was excellent. Adding a vanilla yogurt finished an outstanding meal.

Nasty, Flavorless, DOG FOOD! Yuck. Couldn’t even eat this nasty crap. Don’t waste money on this fake food. A burger from Walmart would taste better then this garbage. Whoever owns this franchise you need to go in there and check your workers. Someone needs to contact corporate cause what this place is doing is wrong. Maybe i will.
