One of my favorite food trucks in the Vail Valley. Mostly because their quesabirria quesadillas are out of this world. The Alhambre burrito is phenomenal as well but haven’t looked back since I tried their quesabirria. It’s all about the flavor and theirs is damn near perfect along with their included consomme which you’ll drink like soup when you’re finished with the actual food. So, so good! Had to send my homie a pic because it was so good but as you can see, I annihilated most of it before I remembered to take the pic…LOL

Stopped in for lunch and ordered 2 fish tacos. One tiny piece of fish on each taco – didn’t even cover the span of the mini tortilla and a small dollop of mango salsa. With a tip (in advance), it was certainly not $8 worth of taco. I hate to say it, but taco hell is a better experience. ♀️

If you’re traveling either direction and I 70 or in the town of Edwards, Beavercreek or Avon. This is a must stop for street tacos. If you want to fancy, this is not it. If you want delicious food come on down. It’s at the parking lot of a park and it is worth trying out. What is the state street tacos, and order a jalapeño fried that is called Torayado

I’ve spent about a year and a half throughout the state of Texas, and honestly, the food here is just as if not better than the tacos I’ve had back down south!

Delicious tacos, especially the freshly grilled gf fish. Also one of the best veggie tacos I’ve had. Al pastor was a little dry but we were several hours past noon. Beautiful breezy location walking distance from the charging station. Friendly, quick service.

It is really tough to find good Mexican food that accommodates vegetarians. La Patrona nails it! Not only do they have veggie options, but they use FRESH veggies. I was so happy with my burrito, I’ll be back to try other options. The service was also great, they happily answered questions and I felt they were genuinely grateful to serve customers of all backgrounds. Thanks for accommodating the vegetarians along with all of your meat options as well!

This place was great. We charged our car at the nearby supercharger and then stopped here for a quick bite. We had vegetarian burritos and quesadillas. Delicious! Fresh veggies, tasty beans and rice and perfect salsas. I highly recommend.
