Just tried the fajita quesadilla from La Papa Loca and wow… it was SO good. The tortilla was perfectly crispy, the cheese was melted and gooey, and the flavor was on point. Every bite just hit.
Portion was solid, everything tasted super fresh, and the service was quick and friendly. Definitely one of those spots you crave again the next day. I’ll 100% be back.
