We’ve been customers at La Panza for a long time. We love the Peruvian food made by the restaurant owner himself. It’s delicious and well-prepared.
I just don’t think it’s cool to impose a 20% tip, I think 15% is ok for the place. it’s a small simple but cozy bistro.

The place is really tiny but I knew that already from the reviews so that is not a complaint but just to let others know.
Food is really good, prices look fair to me, portions are Ok, not big, not small, service was nice. Up to here 5⭐️
This is what I didn’t like and the reason why I dropped my rate to an overall 4⭐️. It was kind of hot inside. At the beginning, we didn’t notice but after some minutes we started sweating. But the one thing I really didn’t like was the automatic 20% service fee added to my account. No questions asked, just 20% on top. Not something an average customer (like me) appreciates. I like to decide how much the service worth and If I think 15% is enough, well, it is enough but this kind of No options and here is your extra 20% bill… Not too friendly.

The Ceviche of only fish is delicious and you definitely should try it, it is definitely a great place to come, also the Lomo Saltado has the perfect seasoning, and the staff is really nice and check on you every 10 mins. In conclusion a really nice place to come with family.

I should do cero starts. For this restaurant. Horrible service. And not authentic Peruvian food. They never knew how to hire good service they often changing servers. All rude and disrespectful. And they what us to pay mandatory 20% for a tip. They just want to advantage of the people. Horrible food as well. Not Peruvian at all. So I’m paying almost $30 dollars so they take like 10 min to bring us drinks. And always with actitudes

Great outdoor lunch at La Panza on a quiet Friday. Service was excellent and their menu is simply incredible. It’s the kind of menu which reminds you that you need more than one visit at the place, because they’ve got so much good food to try out. I had Chaufa with Pescado, a bottle of Passion fruit juice, and took two desserts home (they have many options and the portions are good for the price).

I had been at La Panza before and that time the food was great. We were going there for lunch today, Wed at 12:30, was supposed to be open. Door locked, paper-blocked windows, no entry. Sign at door advertised Wed 12-20 hours. Closed for just today or finally? If temporarily closed pls. update the hours before too many get disappointed at the door…

This place probably has the freshest ceviche I’ve had I south Florida, and I’ve had a lot of ceviche. It’s delicious. The only downside is how tiny it is inside. You have to try it. They do an awesome job.

Small, cozy Peruvian restaurant on 2nd Avenue off Hillsborough with bonus free street parking! They have both indoor and outdoor seating. This place is always packed and a neighbor recommended it so I was so excited to get the last outdoor table on a Saturday night. The waitress, Kata, greeted us in Spanish and let’s us linger over their fabulous menu. We ended up sharing the Lomo Saltado after we housed the salty corn in under a minute. The meal was fantastic – large portions of juicy beef over white rice with a flavorful sauce. Kata was wonderful and the food was a delightful evening ….highly recommend LA Panza Latin Bistro !!!

Didn’t really think it would be so good when we first walked in.
Delicious and our favorite part is that it was SO FRESH.
You can tell food was cooked on the spot when ordered.
Definitely recommended and will come back.
