While living in Glendale, 16-year old Armando and his siblings were hard workers and always had a passion for their moms’ food. The family enjoyed getting together for BBQ’s to eat and to practice their skills on the grill. In July of 2009, on Father’s Day, Armando and his family opened up the first La Palma off of Pearblossom Hwy. in Palmdale CA. Customers were delighted and neighbors impressed.

My favorite mexican restaurant to eat at!! My family and I come at least once a week. Always friendly service everytime! Foods always delicious and comes out quick. They make sure we are always refilled on their complimentary chips and salsa. Prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is relaxing and clean!

Karaoke too loud to hear anything else. The person running the karaoke was a decent singer. The food was subpar, and way overpriced. The wait staff disappeared, never checked up on us, and we never got a drink refill. We will not be coming back.

Very good. They did charge for one extra person .the baby who didn’t have an ordered plate cuz she dont eat much from her mom’s food at all. But they took that charge off cuz it didn’t make sense. Very nice. Good authentic food. We are from San diego so love real Mexican food. Someone suggested this place and its good. They also had a TV on with the fight on I think. So they may have a bar area. Behind where we sat. But its a good place. Nice workers

Big spacious place, decoration is up to place, food is good but margaritas are better, they are a little pricey but they are worth it. The advantage of this restaurant is that if you are a local, this place is in the heart of the town, well lighted for us girls, this place is good for girl’s night out or family time during the day or weekends.

2nd time trying this place…
It was just okay. I don’t hate it but I probably won’t go back. The food was okay… just lacking some flavor. The platter that had the various dishes wasn’t too bad actually. But everything else was just okay. Waiter and waitress were attentive and friendly. I think the food is just not that good.

The food here is always hot and delicious. If you line spicy, try ther camarones a la diabla….but be warned they’re super spicy and delicious. They will make you sweat. They also make good mixed drinks and cantaritos.

Long wait and service was lacking. 30 minute wait just to get in. We waited 25 minute just to take our order. Customer service really needs to improve. They do have plenty of parking. They also have a great outdoor tent with heat lamps. The food was good. Large portions. A bit pricey for what your getting.
