This was my first pod experience, and it was fun. The Shrimp Poboy and the Boudin Balls were pretty tasty. The rest was not my preferred, but definitely going to go back to try some Gumbo.

After trying this place for the third time, it was time to leave a review. All three experiences have been unbelievably delicious! I am truly in awe the way they’ve perfected their frying method, perfect crunch, not too greasy, and a balanced breading level. The flavor is amazing on everything I’ve tried, not too spicy to be overwhelming or painful, and Such a good balance of spices. I’ll definitely be back and you can bet I’m working my way through everything on that menu. I highly suggest you do too

I went on a whim.

I had no idea there were food trucks there. I got the Cajun Nachos with shrimp. I have never had shrimp on nachos before, but the Cajun flavors really brought everything together. It was unbelievably good.

The service was friendly, and easy going. The atmosphere was light, but I suspect that was because it was near closing time. I bet this collection of food trucks is hoppin’.

They have daily specials. While I waited for my nachos I felt some remorse for not being hungry enough to get an order of Cajun Mac & Cheese (the Tuesday special). But, Friday is Jambalaya. So, I’ll be heading back there on Friday.

Second Visit: I had to try this place again. This time I got the Monte Cristo. Forgive me if I get this wrong, but it’s a ham and cheese sandwich, dipped in pancake batter, deep fried, then served with syrup. That sandwich was so damn good. I’ve added picture for everyone to drool over.

I waited months for this! finally got the alligator PO-boy with smothered fries. First of all, the PO-boy is so delicious, looks like a home cooked meal! Portions are huge! Fantastic. 10/10. Talked with Christine, she is super cool, loving and knows how to handle her customers. The food shows for it. Shrimp tacos were great as well. The biggest thing I can say about this experience is the culture, and the cheese sauces holy moly! Will definitely be coming back every week for this!

Best cajun food cart that I’ve had in the Vancouver/Portland area. Great jambalaya, was impressed when I added crawfish how many tails they added to it. Will come back to try more of the menu on a different day.

What a hidden gem this is! The food is spot on Cajun cuisine. The owners are so sweet. And you’re even able to sit inside Brothers Cascadia Brewing if you don’t feel like dining outdoors!

As a general rule, I try not to leave reviews for small businesses unless I have tried them a few times. I am sitting on my couch in near food comatose after my third time eating here, in complete bliss and bewilderment at how great this food is. I’ve lived in Vancouver a long time, and I am so sad that I only heard about this place recently, but I am definitely going to be making up for lost time and coming here as often as I can.

Sadly disappointed being from the south. Expected better. My first and last visit here. Not sure what happened, but won’t be back.

Me and my boyfriend randomly decided to try this place just a few months ago. Since then we’ve been back 3 times (which is a lot for us as we don’t eat out a lot). This is literally my go to spot on a bad day. I have tried many of their menu items and have loved every single one of them.

Aside from the food being absolutely delicious the kindness and excellent customer service is something you just really don’t find many places nowadays . Any questions I’ve ever had have been answered with excitement and compassion rather than annoyance and I am just so grateful that this is not only a delicious place, but a safe place to be .

This spot has become my go to after a bad day and has made my day 10x better every single time .

So grateful for a place that feeds my tummy but also my heart and soul! Thank you !
