Very disappointed !!! We usually go to the one on Kingsley and we never have any problems but this time we decided to get food from there because we’re in the area.
Bad move, the food was disgusting and the cilantro was not cleaned at all, the meat was so fatty I couldn’t eat it and the food didn’t taste right either it doesn’t matter what we tried. The beans and rice was nasty the fish tacos were nasty and even the margarita didn’t taste right. We ended up throwing everything in the trash $70 wasted…..we will never go there again!!!

I had one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had at La Napolera in Oakleaf. The service was unbelievably poor and the manager, JOSE, made the entire situation worse instead of better. He was dismissive, rude, and completely unprofessional when I tried to address the issue. The food came out cold and tasted stale, and when I politely brought it to their attention, I was met with attitude rather than any attempt to fix it.
To make things worse, the toppings they served
lettuce, diced tomato, and onion looked old and unappetizing. The entire mix was sitting in a pool of watery liquid that made it look spoiled and disgusting (photo attached). No restaurant should be serving food that looks like this.
For a restaurant that depends on customer loyalty, this kind of management is unacceptable. I’ve never felt so disrespected at a place I was paying to eat. I’ll never return, and I strongly recommend that others think twice before spending their money here until they learn how to treat customers with basic respect and serve fresh food.

I had an amazing server name Sebastian. He was very energetic and nice. The food was okay. My biggest problem was that my husband found a piece of metal in his burrito. The manage gave him another burrito and gave him a drink the house. They were nice but a piece of metal in food is very dangerous and will never be back. I had my son and my son could have easily chocked on the piece of metal.

I got charged 31$ for a Mexican salad with chicken on top they charged a whole other meal because I added chicken to my salad and said there was nothing they can do! Bad business!

I took my daughter in here for lunch Saturday 7/19/2025. I was very disappointed with the fajitas I ordered. They were not seasoned and the meat tasted like it was boiled. I expressed to my waitress the dissatisfaction and she said next time just tell us you want them seasoned and charred. She never offered to exchange them for something else. She also did not offer to comp them. I didn’t eat them and declined the to go box because they were disgusting. The lack of customer service and willing to make the situation right was surprising. I paid my bill and left her a tip but I will never return to this place. Attached is a picture of what was left at my table when I paid the bill.
