Took my husband for birthday dinner here. He loves his wagyu and truly enjoyed the portions, cuts and best part is they cook it for you and its free flow. Nicole and Ata served us at the table, they were really wonderful. From the time we stepped it, we were welcomed and attended to, Nicole did a special menu adjustment for me, as I don’t eat beef, and i ordered from the thai menu selection. The thai food especially the grilled prawns and lime chili fish was amazing, suggested by Nicole.

Definitely outstanding service, food came almost instantly, and my husband had his wagyu cooked to his liking of medium too. Red ruby dessert was perfect for the end to a wonderful meal.

Would definitely recommend for the food and outstanding service.

Very friendly staff and quality wagyu serve even i have only rm199 buffet. Really worth the price and not only wagyu, their yuzu and water chestnut desert is superb (must try). And tiger prawn and scallop is also great besides only wagyu. Dry sukiyaki style is a plus point as not many malaysia wagyu restaurant has it. Overall great experience and good food + value of money!

Totally bad food! I had very bad diarrhea the whole night after consuming the food despite only having a few pieces. We had an argument with the establishment as the food served were clearly very bad as the meat appeared darken on certain part with bad smell of rotten meat. Sashimi’s were awful and badly torch to cover up the rotten fish smell. Also, only two type of fish available. The rest advertised were not available. The A5 Wagyu steak were also very badly smell and were cooked well done to cover up again eventho we ordered medium. We refused to eat and were pressured into paying AlaCarte price before allowing to leave. This place is a scam and blatantly taking advantage of unaware dinners to max up profit disregarding the safety of food served to customers.

Some of the items on the buffet menu were honestly quite bad. The proteins had a strange sauce on them, almost as if it was meant to cover up an odd smell. It was definitely not worth the price, and I even felt unwell the next day.

We had an enjoyable dining experience at this restaurant. The Wagyu was top-notch, perfectly cooked and full of flavor — definitely the highlight of the meal. The scallops were also a delight, fresh and nicely prepared.

We arrived early when there were only two tables occupied, and the service was attentive and prompt. However, once the restaurant filled up, service became noticeably slower, though the staff remained friendly and welcoming throughout.

The ice cream was a pleasant surprise, creamy and a great way to end the meal. That said, the prawn dish was underwhelming and not something we’d recommend.

Overall, a solid spot with standout dishes and a warm atmosphere. Best enjoyed before peak hours for the best service experience.

The food portions are very generous—perfect for lovers of strong flavors. The service is top-notch, with staff assisting throughout the cooking process and explaining the different cuts of beef. The staff are warm and friendly, and the service is excellent. The lady boss is also very kind and welcoming.

This restaurant surprised me with their services! I never have to grill or cook by myself, they give full service and make sure u enjoy your food. They even peel the prawn shell for you! Wagyu was flavorful, 199 package is good enough. They offered us a must-try thai chilli sauce, it was so good! I would rate 9/10 for this place!

Last time I was at La Moon, it was serving only Thai food. But latest visit was a surprise as they also served yakiniku/ shabu shabu.

Took the RM299 set for 4 for 4 of us but guess what, we couldn’t finish it. Food was good, and the beef “melts in the mouth”. So with the set, we got both quality and quantity.

Would definitely go again

p/s: didn’t manage to take all the pictures as we rigged right in as soon as food arrived
