Excellent service and pastries!!! We tried the Heavenly Trio and aguas frescas. My daughters loved the Gelaton and the Thank you cookies. We definitely will visit again.

Horrible customer service!!
I took my family that came in from out of town just to be totally be totally disappointed. The service was terrible, we asked for an ice cream sample and there was a big hair in it. The young lady that took our order has no answer to any of the question we had regarding the menu. We couldn’t even her when she talked and she got upset when we told her and began throwing stuff around. I had never experienced anything similar in any of the Michuacana locations.

very good but the price for quantity was crazy! payed 9 bucks for fresas con crema cup with ice cream and the cup was the size of my hand. the ice cream scoops were so small two scoops fit into the cup.

The menu has a great variety of flavors for the whole family. My daughter loved the strawberry/banana nutella panini and the chocolate ice cream!!

Fresas con crema is the absolute best with strawberry ice cream on top. We have had papas locas and the mazapán and oreo ice cream. It’s all so delicious!
