Good Ice Cream and stuff. That’s why it gets another star. But when I asked about other flavors, they were pretty much out of a lot (1/17/2026 at about 5:33pm). I settled for one that was there at least. But my real bad experience is asking to use the bathroom. The girl helping me turned to a guy I’m guessing was in charge and he just nodded “no” while looking straight at me and that’s it. It felt dismissive. It wasn’t a pleasant experience to say the least.

I hope the owner sees this review! I ordered several items thru DoorDash and your lazy evening staff marked most of my items “out of stock” . You really telling me you guys don’t have any strawberry, chocolate or vanilla ice cream??? They canceled my crepes as well. I’ve been to this store after 7:30pm and the workers in the evening always say they don’t have crepes as well as about half the items on their menu. I ordered fresas con crema and received yogurt with strawberries. Your stuff is a joke. They canceled more than half of my $140+ order. Not coming back here again, sand your money and go to a place that actually wants business.

Our first visit was in December 2023 and my mother wanted to use the bathroom and she was told the bathroom was out of service. We came back today 3/22/24 and my 5 year old wanted use the bathroom. We were told the bathroom was still out of service but one of their employees had just finished using the bathroom. Dishonest business that doesn’t care about taking care of their customers. The tables were dirty and the trash can was overflowing. Poor customer service won’t be returning back. I hope the health department checks on this business soon to ensure the public’s safety.

Such a horrible experience. My toddler had to use the bathr99′ but “Restroom” was out of order. This isn’t the first time. They always say this! Also Ice cream tasted old and nasty.

I went in January 2024 and the restroom was out of service and today I went again march 22, 2024 and asked if my son could use the restroom and the (GUY) said it was out of service “still” but the employee (guy) had just came out of it when i ask if we could use it. The place is also dirty, garbage cans over flowing, tables and chairs dirty. They don’t have enough varieties of i cream or icream popsicles. Its nothing compared to other’s Michoacana’s i have been to. Never returning again. The girl was asked to make a corn cup and she rubbed her had on her nose while holding the cup of corn ( was not my cup).

Worst customer service. I went and spent over $50 just for the guy to be rude. He seemed like he didn’t even want to take my order and when I asked for something he was just rushing not letting me finish. On top of that they have another employee in the back and they make you feel like you can’t order many items and want to rush. As someone who works in customer service this is unacceptable and someone should teach these employees to give better service and to have patience. I’d rather make a drive somewhere else than waste my money here again. Start hiring better people with good customer service and patience.
