I come here all the time but i never really see anyone wash their hands tonight I seen a new girl there she literally had dirt on her arms and was grossed out and dirt in her nails. I never see anyone wear gloves eaither. But the ones that have been there are clean. Do y’all tell employees to wash there hands?? So unsanitary I didn’t get anything after all I was to grossed out

Took my staff here to enjoy some aguas frescas and ice cream. Everything we tried was good. The line moved quickly. I really liked their aguas frescas. The mango and watermelon flavor was so good! Their ice cream was delicious! I loved the cappuccino ice cream bar. There was chocolate in the middle. Yum! We’ve been back a few times. Will be back to try more ice cream bars.

Literally stood there for 20 minutes while they took everyone’s order but mine and just stared at me. Asked if I was in the right spot to order, the employee said yes so I continued standing there puzzled as to why nobody was taking our order. Had to walk out after quite literally being stared at and ignored. Guess they assumed I didn’t speak spanish based on my appearance and chose to just not help me. Strange experience.

I went to visit my sister in Houston from San Antonio, she took me to this ice cream shop. This ice cream shop is big and have so much more than just ice cream. We tried the aguas frescas, the strawberry and coconut nuece. They were both good. We also tried corn in a cup. They cut the corn from the cob, it tasted so good. Last we tried the popsicles. They have so many options you don’t know what to choose. You’ll definitely want to come back for more. I will definitely be back to Houston for this place.

First of all customer service is not so great;employees were moody and they sometimes don’t fill up the ice cream cups; you have to tell them something and they seem not to like that.
I mean prices are high I want you to get all the product.
My last experience was not so good at all to the point that I am writing this review so people can be aware…
I got a few paletas and I also got 2 ice creams Ferrero flavor and my hubby found some type of hard plastic on his first spoonful.
I don’t think I will be back anytime soon maybe never.
