Forgetting hot sauce is fine. Forgetting it every single time and regular messing up other orders is not. Getting mad that you missed a topping so you over do it to the points in soaked is ridiculous. This place needs a solid retrain in golden

First delivery time said 20-36 minutes. My order sat in quality check for 45 minutes. Once it finally showed up it was not even lukewarm. All the crust seemed as if the dough had say out to long. One pizza was missing the crust of 2 slices. The other had so much of there seasoning oil on the crust it was soggy and the also added alfredo that was not ordered. The third was a thin and “crispy” that had so much cheese and sauce that it was floppy. Not to add the middle was the only place that has any ingredients. Who ever made these pizza should just quit and move on. This location used to be the best and over the last 5-6 years it consistently gone further down hill. I stopped ordering a awhile back and was trying to give them a chance to see if anything had changed. It’s only got worse.

I can’t exactly pinpoint what it is about this Domino’s location but it is absolutely one of the best. Whoever was working the counter needs a raise for sure! Very positive attitude and pleasant experience food is great for the price. We appreciate you guys and keep on doing what you’re doing

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a pizza place. I ordered 2 pizza, bread sticks, and cinnamon bites with the icing. I got notification that it was ready so I sent my husband who waited there 30 min for our order! By the time he got the pizza it was cold because it had just been sitting there but they couldn’t find it. When he got home and I looked at our order it was awful. Our pizza wasn’t even cut correctly! And the cinnamon bites looked like they just threw the icing on a few of them plus we didn’t even get our additional glazed icing which we got charged for! Never again coming here!!

I have had the worst experience at this location. I generally love their pizza, but sad to say I may not be able to order from them again after my worst experience ever. I ordered 4 medium pizzas, cheesy bread, and some sauces. What arrived (late) was a smashed medium pizza with the cheese stuck to the lid, a green pepper, onion and mushroom pizza (none of these ingredients were in my order because I was primarily feeding kids 6 and under) and some garlic knots. When I called the store they were adamant they couldn’t find my order and refused to help more. I located my order number and called back and they said they could fix it but it would be a very long time. I, obviously, fought back as they messed up and I had 5 hungry children waiting and excited for pizza. When they refused to make it right away I asked to speak with the supervisor he was even worse and told me it would be THREE TO FOUR HOURS. He refused to try to make it right and ended up hanging up on me. I’ve emailed through the complaint form on the website THREE times this week requesting a refund and an apology and still nothing, although the store told corporate they called me. The worst experience I have ever had with a business from a customer service perspective. Photos of my order versus what arrived.

Ordered online using their menu option on Google which went through door dash. The status update showed the wrong address. The store couldn’t help. The pizza go to the building but no one knocked and the status page didn’t change for about an hour. Had it sitting for an hour outside. super cold pizza. Terrible.

Delivery took over an hour and 40 minutes and when the pizza arrived it was cold and crushed by something. Pizza was also a soggy mess. They offered me a 20% coupon for my next order, but I turned it down and won’t be order from this location again.

Last edit: idk who Martin is but the guy needs to be completely retrained, fired, or put in an insane asylum for the way my food was made last night. Both pizzas came with NO SAUCE AT ALL, the NY Style one was 50% crust on top somehow, the sandwich had nearly no meat on it, ALL of the food was overcooked, yet ALL of it arrived stone cold, AND the NY style pizza wasnt even cut!!!. Martin my boy…. find a new job! Actually, everyone at this location, just give up.
Edit: a year later I try this location again and they did the same thing. Worst dominos location who skimp on all toppings. Go to literally any other location
