Today at 9:30 me and my husband came to la michoacana and we received the best customer service. I forgot to ask for her name but she was genuinely passionate about her job, She attended us very quickly and very upbeat. Highly recommend visiting and trying their variety of flavors.

Had the first bad experience at the lewis location.
I was waiting behind a line of 3 people, the customer had trouble with change so it took a little linger but i still waited, when it came to my turn and the employee who said her name was “Dana” & she was the “only manager there”, she was of bigger build, tattoos on her arms and black hair. Asked what I wanted, i went to look at the juices right next to her which took 2 seconds of glancing over and by the time im telling her the flavor there is a group of 4 people checking out.
I questioned her as to why she couldnt wait and she said “i was just checking the out lady” & i said “right… but the same way i waited, they should have waited” i practically had to get BACK in line so i could be attended and decided to not get anything. She gave me such a hassle so i can get someones contact info & at first was unwilling to give me her name, she told me to just look it up on the internet

I haven’t been to the Michoacana in a long time ! Me and My Husband and Daughter decided to go in for a snack ! As we came in the lady greeted us saying Hi in Spanish Yes I am Mexican and I understood but as I told My Daughter to tell The Lady Hola I Clearly heard the Lady look at My daughter and say awe she doesn’t understand so I said perdon que dijo but I heard her obviously and she changed it up and said she thought my daughter was cold so I left it alone ! As we continued to decide what we wanted the Lady kept looking at my husband with an attitude and as he ordered his food I really wanted to say something but I am not the type to cause a scene ! Just because My Husband is African American doesn’t mean he doesn’t understand Spanish! And I speak to My Daughter in Spanish at home and teach her as much as possible but for a grown lady to say things to my daughter saying she doesn’t understand is so rude and racist ! We already get looks of disgust just by going grocery shopping at Mexican Grocery stores and for us to walk in to this Michoacana and the first thing we hear is awe she doesn’t understand is very disgusting! This actually happened 12/30/2025 late afternoon! It’s very disturbing for me to hear things like this come from My own People please do better for future customers cause we will never step foot in any Michoacana again !

The Crepe is not good. It’s like a very tuff tortilla feels like I am eating beef jerky . The only good thing about it is everything else they add but not the crepe itself.
