The ice cream is mid nothing out of this world. Service is HORRIBLE!!! There more concerned about choosing a song then actually attending the customers!!!! The mangonada was all melted bc the girls would be having side conversation. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

Having no customer service workers in attendance would have been a far better option! If only self-service was an option, that way I could have skipped the rudeness & discrimination & avoided this very unpleasant experience altogether. I chose to leave instead of being ignored by the staff.

Prices where a little high for a basic things I’m sure some other stuff there is good but the thing I got wasn’t worth the value they where asking for it does have a nice atmosphere and I felt comfortable there. The service was fast .

Called establishment and a lady answered in Spanish. I asked questions regarding allergies, she kept responding “no”. I got the idea that she didn’t understand me, so I asked a clarifying question, and she just hung up on me! If you don’t know how to speak English that’s fine, but it’s not fine answering the questions with no or yes, and not knowing what the hell you’re saying. You must have a very low IQ to not understand the difference. If I didn’t question the language barrier, the results could’ve been life-threatening to my family. Extremely disappointing. Also this place needs milk alternatives! Not everyone can drink milk from a cow breast. Either we don’t like the blood and pus, or we are allergic, lactose and so forth.

I went to this place at 9:30pm. When i got there I asked for some nachos. They were cold af. The cheese wasn’t even runny. you know its cold when the cheese doesn’t even move. I was too shy to complain so I sucked it up and just ate them. And they were $5 can you believe it. #thanksobama
