Stopped by tonight for 2 orders of mini pancakes to go. My pancakes were completely burnt. If you knew they were burnt why would you still give them to me. Tried covering it up with Nutella. Both sides were burnt and both orders ♀️ ♀️

So many different flavors of popsicles, smoothies and so many ice creams. Some very native to the Latin culture. Love the vibe! Fun and friendly. Any Latin lover would love it & any gringos will like it! Also there is chips, nachos with tahin and Chile for those die hard chili lovers!

Do not go here!!! They won’t serve you ice cream if you get there 30 mins before closing! Idk it’s unprofessional not to serve you what u want because they close at 10pm and they shouldn’t do that to customers!! Do not go!! Bad ppl!!

I went last night to get 2 biónicos and a fruta picada con tajin y chamoy , I totally regret going somewhere new to try it out , the biónicos didn’t have a good flavor not even the fruit it tasted like sink water and they put more strawberries instead of mixed fruits and the strawberries probably were left overs ! I would NOT return back to this location

I came in after 6pm and there were a variety of items to order from. There are about four small booths inside to enjoy your snacks . I ordered an esquite and went on my way. There is metered parking near the front of the establishment. The inside is very vibrant. I didn’t see a physical menu to order directly from might want to check the online website.

Came in about 1:15 to get some ice cream. I know I’m crazy every one outside walking around with Jackets and all. There was a young girl helping out the customers while the older woman stood in the back cooking a phone order. When it was my turn I ordered a banana split. Girl looked at me a little confused and I repeated with a smile. She probably thought I was crazy ordering with this weather. She went to speak to the woman and I don’t know what the older women was saying with the mask and all but her eyes, eyebrows and forehead expression say she was not having it. Told the girl where the stuff was and went back to cooking. She came, split the banana and put it in a LUNCH BOX ♀️. I told her what scoops I wanted and she put the first and apologize it was her first time making it, she is very new and was not trained. I explained how it’s made and she gave me 2 scoops. Poor girl looked nervous and I told her it was OK. She finished up and said the lady said it was $8. I kindly asked if it’s still $8 even though it was 2 scoops. When she went to go ask the lady who not once did I see help her… again this lady looked very upset and stared at me when the young girl came back. I am sorry but I come with lots of experience in Management and this poor young girl was not supposed to be treated like this and put to do work on her own with out any proper training. This young girl gets a 5 ⭐️ from me for trying and being honest and Putting up with older lady for who knows since when she has been all in a grumpy mood and taking it out on new girl.

Great place, bigger I must say than the other La Michoacanas in the area. The kids love it here. It Has more variety of flavors for the ice creams and they even have a piñata when I came. Theres a difference in other ice cream places because of the service we get here. Back to the kids.. they enjoy the bubble gum flavors, traditional coco de agua and de leche flavors. I’m a big fan of chocolate Nutella hazelnut candy and I got to try out the Ferrero Rocher sample. I ended up taking it to go home. I have found my new flavor thanks to this chain.
