The customer service was good as well as the deals but the dubai strawberries weren’t the best. The chocolate tasted a little burnt and was the kind that hardens right away. The pistachio cream wasn’t too sweet either. The shake we got was good though!

I have to say that this place is the best place for Mangonada real ice cream. They fill it to the brim. They fill it with all kinds of goodies on top and a really good price. I have tried other La Michoacana and this one is the best by far in all of Moreno Valley, the service in the atmosphere is amazing the folks there are always smiling and always ready to help you and they do it with such a positive attitude very very friendly environment. I will not go to another La Michoacana, thank you guys for all you do. Keep up the good work.

It’s a place for snacks and ice cream. Usually it’s pretty packed with a wait. Snacks are made to order. So many ice cream selections that it can be overwhelming at times. Fresh drinks and assortment of prepared fruits, veggies. Great place to hang out and cool off.

Poor customer service. If you assume you heard your customer correctly but I say that’s not what I said just say it’s a misunderstanding. I wasn’t rude when I realized I was being given the wrong order just asked if that was it. It doesn’t take much to say you heard me wrong, but to make me feel bad because I wasn’t hovering over you to tell you sooner isn’t my job. You don’t know if I was with your back facing me. I wasn’t btw I was distracted and taking to someone while you made the order. You would know the menu better than me. If I made the mistake I would say I messed up and ask you to please do it again. What I ordered matched the photo next to it and there aren’t many items that have a photo, and not all are on the menu; especially the one made by mistake.
Next time just acknowledge it and correct it, doesn’t matter if I said something when I was waiting by the register seeing you bring it that’s when I caught it. If it’s wrong when I saw it was blue and not white that’s how I realized it was wrong. Having an attitude or seeming like it’s too much to do won’t change the fact that I’m either not taking it or asking for a new one. Seems like you have a good thing going, don’t ruin it over misunderstandings, and lack of training. It doesn’t take much to do better. I should’ve listened when others told me similar things with their orders and lack of customer service here.

Girl did know how to make slushies, smoothies and I asked for Bionico with icecream, she did not put icecream. All in all she was very slow and lacked customer Service skills. Never going back. Gonna let friends n family know.
