Ordered two pizzas, grabbed a slice and first thing i see before i bite is a dead roach looking bug, that was cooked with the food. Not even like it walked on after it was made, it got in, got cooked, and served all without being caught. Called the store and only told they will remake the pie or give a credit for a new pie only at this store. Why would I want more food from a place like this.

I’ve had consistent issues with this place. Every time I order the gluten-free Buffalo pizza, I receive the wrong one. This has happened three times now. When I called to speak with the manager, he yelled at me, insisting they sent the correct pizza. He only agreed to make a new order after sending the driver back to check what was delivered. The manager and staff need to reconsider their approach to customer service. This is the worst outlet. I strongly advise against ordering from here.

update: awful location. they make it as complete when it’s not even in the queue to made yet… why are you making it complete then?? also after all that you make it wrong??? i’m a vegetarian and they gave me a pepperoni pizza… come on now. if you’re gonna take 45 mins to make a pizza then give me the right pizza. it was so disappointing to come home and find out that. dominos corporate also failed to respond and never reached back out.
i would highly deter people away from ordering here because whoever is managing this location, needs to reassess their techniques.

Found plastic on the pizza !!!!! I was visiting New Jersey and ordered from this place. Never had any issues with dominos ever but plastic !!!!!! What the hell guys !!!! If understaffed or technical issues or any other issues but Atleast provide decent food !!! Rather cancel the order or refund it but this is really atrocious. Can’t say won’t order from here bcoz I was visiting, but please high your standards on quality.
All the employees I saw were trying to work hard fyi. Don’t want anyone to lose their job, but this is something the franchise owner or manager should rectify.

First there is no proper customer service it took 20 min to handover my pizza after it showed ready in domino’s app and pizza toppings were not added properly and pizza was not baked properly

I’ve ordered here for year. I do special cooking instructions on every pizza I’ve ordered. Not a single time was any of them honored (not typed, they were options in the app. I am sensitive to garlic and their garlic seasoned crust is always on my pizza every single time. I get well done every time, pizza is soaking most of the time.

Never can follow a simple order. Almost always gives the wrong toppings or even misses items. And domino’s helpdesk is non-existent. They depend on the supply chain working, and if it does not(as it happens most time from this location) – well, bad luck! So please double check your orders people if you accidentally did order from this location!
