Pesimo servicio al cliente, las trabajadoras de esta tienda tienen actitudes terribles. Si hacen mal tu orden y les pides que te den lo que pediste, te hacen un escandalo diciendo que no sabes pedir bien las cosas y que no es justo porque ellas tienen que pagar de su bolsillo por el producto en cual se equivocaron. Es muy incomodo que esten peleando contigo por darte lo que tu pediste. Parece que te regalaran las cosas por el comportamiento tan desagradable que tienen. Les recomiendo ir a Erica’s donde si saben tratar bien a sus clientes.
HORRIBLE customer service. The staff here have terrible attitudes. If they make a mistake on your order and you ask them to fix it and give you what you asked for in the first place, they will make a huge fuss and try to make you feel bad about speaking up. They’ll tell you that you don’t know how to order correctly and that it’s your fault that THEY made a mistake. They also said it wasn’t fair for them to fix my order because they would have to pay for the mistake out of their own pocket. If that’s true, that is horrible management and NOT the customer’s fault at all. If they make a mistake, they need to own up to it. It was very uncomfortable to have to go back and forth with the lady that was at fault for making my food wrong, in a full store in front of tons of people. The staff here act as if they are doing you a favor by doing their job. I will not be back here, they don’t know how to treat people. Save yourself the headache and embarrassment. Go to Erica’s instead.

Try it, you’ll come back! I’m excited for a new dessert/treat guilty pleasure place in Lakewood! It’s a great location close to Tacoma, too. I had also visited the Federal Way location which seems to have more selections overall. There are SO MANY CHOICES, a huge variety of high quality freshly made sweets, mostly of the cold, refreshing, liquid variety. What fun!
They also offer a variety of walking nachos. The place is immaculately clean, large, offers plenty of seating and an overall really great experience that is different from the usual.

Definitely recommend this Michoacana Paletería. This location has a variety of popsicle (Paletas) and ice cream flavors, as well as other Antojitos. The store was well organized, spacious and had plenty of seating space. On a busy Sunday afternoon, the long line moved quickly and the lady that took our order was friendly and kind. There is plenty of parking around the store.

Delicious ice creams, paletas, smoothies, and savory snacks. The banana split is like I used to have as a kid – just perfect! Excellent customer service. Friendly and helpful people behind the counter. The shop is sparkling clean and has plenty of seating.
Also: a new shop just opened next door that sells packaged snacks and fresh veggies, and with a butcher counter. I’m looking forward to shopping there, too!

One of our favorite ice cream shops is in Tijuana and we visit it every year on our church missions trip…this place is the next best thing! Great selection, and it ALL tastes good! If you like ice cream, this is a must visit place!
