But I came with my family n my toddler son n myself needed to wash our hands but the manager with the name Roxana didn’t let us use the restroom. You can’t walk in here and not smile ear to ear. Huge assortment of ice cream and frozen fruit treats as well as fresh fruits, smoothies, and other delights. The mangonada was amazing with fresh mango, frozen mango, tajin—a small is big enough to share with someone for sure…so you can try some of their other creations as well! Best Platino con Fresas, and the Platino con Fresa y Nutella is also bien Rica, but the best part about this place is the girls that work here, very friendly and have lots of patients with customers like myself that just go in and not know what to get becouse everything looks so good, and with a smile on their faces they explain to the customers what it is they are ordering, love, love this place, can’t wait to go again! The worst cueritos order I ever had!! It tasted like they were washed up with dish soap, chamoy and lemon tasted like nothing!! It was for sure deluted with water. Nasty nasty I am sorry but I do try to give good ratings but this order and place left me no room for it. I regret buying from la michoacana period! first and last time! Your prices are all the way to the sky but flavor and customer service is on the floor if you would work to to fix that I wouldn’t mind paying the price you charge, honestly!! STOP APOLOGIZING AND FIX IT! instead of answering every review with excuses fix the problem obviously staff don’t get treated well there either or else they’ll would have a better attitude towards customers.

Nothing compared to the original paleterias (ice cream shops) in Michoacan, Mexico. It did remind me of the paletero (ice cream man) I would chase, growing up. It was my first time in an gentrified paleteria and I probably won’t do it again but this place was so clean and that’s all that matters. Also, Rite Aid is around the corner, hmmmm Thrifty Ice Cream!
