Went there for lunch, with my two friends, (we recommended to go back every weekend) staff were super nice and service was quick, I ordered and food came super quick and tasty, the carne asada and shrimp tacos were well presented and flavorful. Wow!! They do a killer California Burrito here. Great quality carne asada and really crispy fries. The burrito here was better than many I’ve had in San Diego where CA burritos are a staple food group. Salsa was tasty but not very spicy.

La Mexicana is good deal. The food taste like Mexican and an asada burrito from this place will be made mostly of asada meat. There was barely any rice in the burrito. (See the photo.) This is an amazing find in Oregon.

My idea of good Mexican is food is made in Mexico. My idea of a good Mexican Restaurant in Los Angeles is Salsa & Beer in North Hollywood, CA. My favorite Mexican food truck in Los Angeles is Leo’s Taco Truck in Eagle Rock.
Now La Mexicana Food truck might be my go to for a burritos in Oregon.

Just driving by, I found this amazing food truck and it was so delicious that i could had have like 10 tacos at once. The flavor, presentation and customer service was all on point. Don’t forget the Horchata, it is to die for …. Best mexican food in that area!!

I just tried their asada burrito and it was awesome! The tortilla was toasted and delicious! I really appreciate that they did not put a ton of rice in the burrito. Both the red and green sauces were thick and near perfect. The staff was super friendly. La Mexica is a great addition to the neighborhood.
