12/03/2025 Ordered on line and pick up time was for 8:20 pm. I had to wait in line because it was only one person working the line to get my food off the pick up rack. I watched her nicely prepare the orders for the customer ahead of me, but when I got home I was disappointed. I paid for guacamole and it was brown with a piece of the seed shell in it. The lettuce was wilted in my burrito bowl, there was maybe 5 small pieces of chicken in each burrito bowl. I ordered a large queso dip and I was given a small. The chicken in the chicken quesadilla was burnt. I am disguised because this place hasn’t even been open a year and this is my first time trying it out. I will be calling the manager tomorrow and making a complaint. ****DO NOT GO HERE***

Honestly its a shame because this location’s food is actually good when its there.

Ive been trying to eat chicken and rice for lunches to help eating healthier but I swear it, every time you come into this place, they are out of chicken, out of veggies, out of steak, out of everything. I dont understand what this place is doing.

Its clearly lacking any form of management. No other chipotle or competing business has this issue. When it gets low, you start cooking, you dont wait until its out.

The most frustrating part is they have chicken in the back but they are not allowed to use it on the front.

You can walk into this place on any given day and they will not have half their menu available. Ive listened to customers complain a lot about this when I go in there (which I was a daily customer and I keep having to go eat elsewhere).

Whats the point of even opening if you never have half your menu available? They tell you to come back in 20 minutes to 2 hours. Who has that free time? We are working and trying to get a quick meal in.

Again, its a shame because this location when its good, its very good.

Ordered pick up and was greeted by staff stating that “ I need to pay attention my order was set for instore pick up” I showed this crazy employee my order and showed her how it literally says drive thru. Instead of taking accountability, again she says her co workers moved my food. I told her thank you and she said you’re NOT welcome. Absolutely unacceptable this lady was pissed about something and it wasn’t MY problem. Do you guys teach customer service cause I would never be this disrespectful

If I could give this location zero stars, I would.
I’ve been here a couple of times, and every experience has been disappointing. The first time, they gave me barely a scoop of chicken—then tried to charge me extra just to get a normal portion.

Tonight was the final straw. I ordered a three taco meal after a long day at work, and they gave it to me in a kids-sized tray with barely any chicken—maybe enough for one taco. I had to spread what little meat there was across all three shells just to make it look like a meal.

When I asked about it, a staff member told me she makes the tacos how she wants, and puts everything in a container to keep the shells from getting soggy. That might be her preference, but it doesn’t make up for the fact that the portions were tiny and it felt like I was being scammed.

On top of that, the night crew’s customer service is awful. Rude, unprofessional, and clearly not interested in doing their jobs properly.

I will not be returning. Do better

I never ever put reviews of places but this place makes me leave mad every time. I won’t go back to this location ever. The women working the counter with the pink hair was hard working but the only one. I asked her for a fork because they were out and she said someone will bring them out. Meanwhile there’s at least 10 other people waiting for the forks and their orders. Time goes on about 25 minutes and I ask a man that walks past me and instead of just doing his job he gave me attitude and told me to chill out. That being said the whole time I was there he was sitting in the bathroom not working. After all of that I asked him again and said excuse me 10 times and he ignored me and walked away did not get any forks but instead just stood there on his phone while everyone waited. I asked another employee and they said that this isn’t the first time he has been rude to customers. This man should be fired immediately and taught a lesson on respect. Like I said I am not one to send a review but after that experience I want this man fired. After seeing all the horrible reviews on this location I don’t see it being open long. Once again the women with the pink hair worked hard and the other employee I talked to was nice. The Asian man who was rude to everyone and spent the whole time in the bathroom needs to get humbled and fix his attitude. I’d be happy to talk to management about this and do whatever is needed to make sure this man never works again there.

I ordered online through the Chipotle app. It was a pretty large and expensive order. When the food arrived there were no utensils as requested. The side of guacamole was dark brown. One burrito bowl was supposed to have barbacoa and it was carne asada. Another burrito bowl was supposed to have chicken and it was completely burned. I honestly don’t even know if it was really chicken. The rice wasn’t cooked all the way and was crunchy. I called to make a complaint as I spent a pretty penny and could t even get anyone to talk to me on the phone.

The food was alright as always, the server/ employee who took care of me and my order which was two bowls was wonderful. The atmosphere was disgusting the floors was a mess the soda station was disgusting and the soda machines like the coke and lemonade was nasty water I asked the manager about it and was waiting almost 20 minutes for something to be done basically paid for soda cups but didn’t even get any. Tables was a mess, there were no forks where the spoons was. And Had to ask the manager again about the soda machine but got frustrated and left Before anything was done I don’t think I’ll be returning if it wasn’t for the wonderful employee who took my order from start to finish until it was sent to the register.

I ordered my food at 9:45pm to be picked up in the drive through. I get there at 10 and was told I have to go inside to pick it up, okay fine. I go inside, there are 6 people working, only one of which was actually making food as the others were cleaning, when the person making food asked for help they told him “no i don’t want to leave past closing”. Except that there was a line of 5+ people and about 10 people waiting for pick up. I was cut multiple times by ignorant door dashers thinking the world revolves around them. It was finally 10:30 and I had been there for 30 mins waiting for my food, being completely ignored even after attempting to ask about my order. The service was literally comical and it was clear the one person actually making orders was new and very stressed. Ended up getting my food, wrong order of course. But it was a really bad experience.

ME: What about those veggies that I see cooking on the grill?
E: Those are for mobile orders only. We’re otherwise out.
ME: So you’re saying if I place an order right now on my phone, I could have those veggies?
MANAGER: Yes.
E: You see, the online customers have already paid for those veggies.
ME: That doesn’t make any sense. If I were to order online, I have not yet paid for those veggies. I would pay, and then they would be mine, just as I am willing to do here in this line. I don’t want to get out of line and wait for an online order. Can you just take a discount off for the fact that there aren’t any veggies?
MANAGER: No, sir, because the veggies aren’t what you’re paying for in a veggie burrito.
ME: Then how are the veggies in the back already “paid for”??!!

Guy workers were handsome. That about it.

Burrito and chipotle bowl – rice was not even cooked to par. Steak wasn’t even how I like my steak. Rice Still hard. No seasoning on anything everything just tasted bland. First time having Chipotle for the BOGO, & I wasn’t really impressed. The establishment had the heat up way too much. Was sweating waiting in line. Counter where my burrito was wrapped could’ve been more frequently wiped down, so that was also another turnoff. Most likely will not be returning to any chipotle. I give credit where credits due please don’t think I’m one of those disgruntled customers.
