This place was a delight! I am not from town and just looked for places to go, and we picked a gem! The staff was very accommodating and made us feel comfortable. The menu is huge, there’s like three pages of margaritas: I was actually a bit overwhelmed by the paradox of choice! I had three tacos, all of which were great. The place was still adorned for Christmas, which gave it a warm and inviting aura. I would definitely come back if I am back in town!

Ahhhn… V Day dinner in the moi bonita room of hearts. Amazing Amigas Celest and the ‘Cuban girl bartender with their so sweet smiles.
They made us the best margaritas and then served us even better fajitas carnitas sizzling with veggies amd warm tortillas!!! Ahhhhh…my mouth is still enjoying.
Thank for the Best Mariposa local in CO. We shall return to enjoy the smiles and tastes of today

Excellent place for a very good tasting meal. The lunch special for 14 dollars with a soda is a great deal! I had the smothered green chili burrito and it was perfect amount. My dad got the huge tamale plate. They also give military discount. Definitely coming here once a week!

We went here on a whim after hiking. The service was great. Ellie is was so kind to us and she was attentive. She was great with our kids.
The food was delicious!!!! Everything was so fresh. The tacos were so good, some of the best I’ve had. My husband got the 20 inch burrito covered in queso, they were very generous with the cheese. Our friends also loved their food.
The decor was so cute!

Food was decent enough.
Drinks were a bit weak and prepared incorrectly.
I didn’t expect a lot in this very white area so it was passable. But certainly wouldn’t be rushing back to this place again.
Bathrooms were nice, all very clean!

Our family had dinner there recently.
Service was ridiculously slow. We sat for almost 15 minutes before we were acknowledged and got drinks. From there they barely checked on us. No one checked on us after we got our food. We had to chase them down for drinks and our check. We had multiple servers but none acted as “ours”.
Food took a long time to be delivered, we did have a large party (8) but our meal wasn’t complex. Many of our items were dried out (tamales, carnitas). We got the corn ribs which we’ve had before and they took almost 40 minutes to get to the table after ordered. The flautas had minimal chicken and were burnt. It was an extremely underwhelming experience for which we paid too much.
Shout out to the chip guy who was the only

I ordered from doordash the description on the nachos were refried beans cheese tomatoes onions and jalapenos. What I received was black beans on tortilla chips with a cheese sauce and jalapenos tomatoes and carrots. I think they need to update their menu and tell us what the actual ingredients are.
