Absolutely incredible experience! This small spot is a true hidden gem. The atmosphere is warm and cozy—perfect for a relaxed dinner. We were immediately greeted by friendly staff who made us feel right at home.
The food—utterly amazing! The flavors are authentic and clearly made with care. The chicken cashew nut stirfry was a standout; it was perfectly seasoned, tender, and incredibly flavorful. I requested my dish be made at a median hot spicy level and it was perfect! You can taste the quality in every bite.
It’s clear this team here cares about their food. This is the kind of place you want to keep to yourself, but absolutely have to share. Can’t wait to go back!”

I’ve been meaning to try this new(er) spot for awhile now. I had the Pumpkin Curry and sat at the bar as a solo diner while on a lunch break. My server was very friendly and had great timing. The food was delicious and came out shockingly fast. It is on the expensive side for Thai but it was worth it. I’ll be back!

My ‘go-to’ for delicious Thai. They have the best tom kha soup!! But everything I’ve tried on the menu has been soooo good! The staff is always welcoming & I love that they’re open until 9:00 pm. I’ve dropped in on my way home from volunteering on Tuesdays, sat at the bar by myself for dinner & a hot sake. It’s that friendly & comfortable. I whole heartedly recommend La mai Thai for lunch w friends or date-nite dinner.

Found this gem on Sloan’s Lake. Made for an amazing dinner with a close friend. The house pad thai was phenomenal, I wish I had ordered double so I could have had left overs.
The staff was friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere was modern but still cozy. Worth eating in for the enjoyable experience.
I’m rarely in this area any more but I will absolutely be returning as soon as I come up with an excuse to get there.

Holy cow! This is some good Thai food! From the moment we walked in, the service was spectacular! Our server was friendly, helpful, and made us laugh. He made sure to check on us regularly, but we never felt like he was imposing or annoying.
Our food arrived very quickly after ordering, and was prepared with care. It looked amazing and the taste was even better. These guys know what good spice (flavor and heat) is! All of our dishes were spectacular!
I took an extra dish to-go for the next day, and it was just as good!

Overall, I really enjoyed the food and the service. However, a few things knocked this down. A mandatory kitchen appreciation fee was applied–just raise your prices, even if they are already a bit high to start. Second, the space was a bit weird. In particular, the inside is cozy and nice, but then there’s a constant flow of door dashers passing through and congregating near the tables. I understand this is required to make money in this industry, but this took away from the vibe.

Great food. I got my food for takeout, so I cannot comment about eating at the restaurant, but they were friendly. I appreciate that when I asked for Thai hot, they did not ask if I was sure or try and dissuade me.
