Saw the good reviews and decided to order some fish & chips, calamari, zucchini, mushroom and artichoke. The order was delivered fairly quickly and was packaged nicely in a big box.
The portions were huge and the fish was super crunchy even after surviving ~30 mins in my dasher’s car. My kids loved the calamari. It was a bit chewy for me but overall fine. The veggies were a hit or miss. Mushrooms and artichoke were good, zucchini was ok.
Overall I feel this place is a good value for money.

This is staple in the community, the food is always good, hot, delicious & made once you order…all the women making the food are always very nice & patient if you dont know what you want because its all good lol, we ordered (TOGO) the family meal with 6 pieces of fish & a big order of chips with tarter sauce, vinegar, hot sauce & ketchup…as you can see we only had 3 pieces left lol…go check them out & mention you saw my review.

– Calamari sticks and chips
**Quantity:**
10/10 – The portions were generous and the order was more than sufficient for three people.
**Quality:**
8/10 – The fish was fresh!!
However, the calamari was a different story. It was extremely chewy, almost like biting into a piece of rubber.
**Taste:**
2/10 – The taste was severely lacking. The food was incredibly bland with no salt to be found.
**Lemons:**
$0.50 (none provided with the order) – For a $30.00 meal, I expected at least a slice of lemon to be included. Charging extra for something so basic feels unreasonable.
**Alternative Locations to Try:**
If you’re looking for a better fish and chips experience, I recommend trying City Fish in downtown San Jose.

Did takeout. Food was okay. Batter and breading heavier than I prefer, shrimp was on the rubbery side. Fish fillets were good. Very generous portions sizes.

Classic place for fish and chips. Local gem that’s been around for a long time. They have lunch specials. Fish and chips of course top order. Fried shrimp is good, hand cut and battered. Chicken teriyaki bowl also good. I tried their egg rolls those were ok.

First time here. Stopped by during Holiday Season for their Fish and chips. We ordered Calamari fish n chips, some Scallops and Clam fish n chips. Scallops was my favorite but wish it was bigger. I enjoy fish n chips and the Calamari and Fries. Definitely like to try other items on the menu. Maybe oyster or Catfish lol

The shrimp are not deveined and they are FLATTENED OUT…cooked til rubbery.
The Zucchini fries were Zucchinis sliced disks, they were uneven so it overcooked some and other pieces were okay.
The fries were old/stale.
The fish was rubbery..dry but oily.
