Quaint French cafe chain serving rustic country fare, espresso & fresh-baked baguettes.

I come here about once a month for a brunch. I usually get the Chicken La Madeleine and a fountain drink. The food is usually good, the staff is nice, although once in a while one of them seems in a bad mood. The atmosphere is pretty good, although it gets a bit loud with conversations when it’s busy. I’ll keep coming here.

Line was quick and food came out super fast and it was all delicious! I haven’t been in years and there’s no locations near me now, so it was great to come back home and be able to go with my mom 🙂 will definitely be back

La Medline is an absolute gem for anyone who appreciates high-quality European-style cuisine. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere that transports you straight to a charming café in Paris or a cozy bistro in Italy. The attention to detail in the decor, the soft background music, and the delightful aroma of freshly baked pastries set the stage for an unforgettable breakfast experience.
The menu is a perfect blend of classic European flavors with a modern touch. The croissants are buttery, flaky, and simply melt in your mouth—easily some of the best I’ve had outside of France. Their eggs Benedict, served on a perfectly toasted baguette with a velvety hollandaise sauce, is pure perfection. If you have a sweet tooth, the French toast topped with fresh berries and a drizzle of honey is a must-try.

This place was once a bright spot for quick food with a good selection of dishes. Sadly on my recent visit I found the facility run down and dirty and the food more like cardboard frozen microwaved meals than the tasty treats of bygone times. I cannot recommend.

This was my first time eating here and I’m honestly sad I haven’t tried it sooner. They have many options to choose from. My food was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was very homey. Good music and wooden structures everywhere gave a very nice vibe. This was an awesome experience. Rating 9.6/10

We both had soup. Cream of mushroom for me and French onion for him. Neither of us was disappointed. We were able to find a quiet corner, which was nice.
The facility could use some maintenance and deep cleaning. Broken door, ceiling mold around the vent and bathrooms far from pristine.
But the food was excellent!

I’m honestly at a loss for words — this location has really gone downhill. I stopped visiting for a while after previously seeing gnats inside the bread case at La Madeleine, which was already concerning. Today, I decided to give it another chance, but what I saw was unacceptable when i walked in there was bugs by the togo doordash orders i was in shock.
The attached photo shows numerous black dots — gnats — all over the condiment station. I had already paid for my food, and since it was close to closing time, I couldn’t get something else. It was so disgusting that I couldn’t even eat my meal.
This is a serious sanitation issue. The drains clearly need to be cleaned, traps need to be set, and the overall bug problem addressed immediately. It’s no surprise the restaurant was empty both today and during my last visit.
I will be contacting management to request a refund, as this experience was appalling. I truly hope this location takes immediate action to restore the cleanliness and standards.

Last two visits have been total dissapointmets. Previous visit, my sandwich was wrong TWICE. Eventually the manager took care of it. Today… I specifically told the line server I wanted hot chicken with my Ceasars salad. I told her when placing the order and again as she started preparing the salad. All this too say, that when I sat down and took a bite, the chicken was refrigerated cold! Unbelievable!!! I walked back to the line, told her the chicken was cold and she walked away. I stood there, finally someone passed by and I asked for the manager. After a while, a short, chunky lady came to me. She said she was the manager. I explained what had happened. She said, “ok, I’ll fix it.” What??? Not even a fake apology. When she brought my salad to the table I explained that the woman (blue dyed hair) was rude since I placed my order and when I went back with my plate, she just walked off. Again, all she said was, “I’ll take care of it.” Where do they find these people??? So much for customer service… or the lack of. Conclusion: This establishment needs to hire competent people and management alongside the staff need customer service training. Service: 0, Food: 1 (brown lettuce), Dining experience: 0

Definitely a sad story. I don’t know how much worse it can get.

My husband and I used to love their cream of mushroom soup and in my experience, it was the best. But a few months ago, one of their employees told us that they put wine in the soup, which means it isn’t halal for us (Muslim). Since then, we’ve stopped going there
Can anyone confirm if they really do use wine in the soup?
We also love their crème brûlée and croissants!
