Absolutely fantastic people work here and they always smile. The new nuggets were tasteless and am grateful that I was offered BBQ sauce. I also ordered a large lemonade but did not get a large. Said it was a specialty drink, understandable, but please let us know before hand that our “Large” drink may still be there after the first bite. Not a good visit. WONDERFUL staff!!

Did an online order went and grabbed my food it was ice cold and seriously people 1 sauce for your cheese sticks. My fries were basically the bottom of the deep fryer. Not one curly fry.

Dear oh dear. I’m a sad sad lady tonight. I was incredibly thrilled to experience the coveted jamocha for the first time. I waited patiently, I paid my expense, and was handed a concerningly pale shake… I was perplexed but gave her a try. That’s when reality came crashing down. This was no jamocha this was a devastation that tasted solely like vanilla. Still to this day I have not tasted a true jamocha. Please do better.

Sandwich…4 SLICES of meat, cold..81°,soggy, smashed flat. Tasted stale
Fries…cold 74°, tiny broken up pieces and soggy, no crisp or taste at all. I used a thermometer to check temperatures. This store is 1/2 mile away and was Delivery.
Charged for a drink..No drink.

Service has been getting worse and worse. They have you pay and then go wait.upfront in one of the stalls, then they take 5+ min to bring you your food. They forgot my drink, said he would be right back but instead went and spent the next few minutes talking to a friend parked and then went inside and talked to coworkers, I ended up going back through the drive-thru, over 15 minutes for food and drink.

It was a terrible experience honestly. The cashier was rude. While i was ordering I handed her a coupon and she snatched it out of my hand. I told her what I wanted from the coupon and then she rudely said “what for this one?”, she wasn’t paying attention to me. They forgot our jalapeño bites, when I told her, she threw them on the counter and didn’t apologize or say anything. She was also very mean to the staff, she acted like she was a manager but didn’t have a name badge or anything to imply she was.
When I got home the fries and the French dip sandwiches were all cold. The French dips sauces were not even half full. My husband had no meat on a fourth of his French dip sandwich. My mom got crinkle fries and received a mixture of crinkle and curly. The sandwiches were all smashed.

I live close by and I love Arby’s, but this one has never been good. Every time I have a bad experience. I wait another 6 months to try again and it is still not good. The fries always taste like old oil and are dry. My sons chicken tenders were super dry and hard. The beef and cheddars don’t have much cheese. I don’t have the same issues at other Arby’s chains.

Shrinkflation hits Arby’s.
I’ve had turkey ranch bacon sandwiches here plenty of times. But check out the photo. Two thin, see-through slices of turkey? Three small rings of onions. Not even leaf lettuce. I had to spread the toppings out myself and they couldn’t even bother cutting the sandwich.
What is worse is that the supposedly 3 oz classic roast beef sandwiches that we bought were missing about half the meat they should have had. Check out the photo. 1.6 oz. instead of 3. Seriously????
False advertising at best. Seems like Arby’s is trying to lose customers.
