I am a fan of la Madeleine, but definitely this branch is way below the acceptable edge in the quality! A few days ago, I bought three sandwich to go and when I noticed it is not fresh, I looked at inside of my sandwich which was a Chicken Parisian and I just surprised and shocked. All three sandwiches were garbage and we threw them away! It was like a 3-day old food with almost no chicken inside!! Please see the picture and never ever go to this branch of la Madeleine!

I used to come to this location years ago, now it has gone down in service. I brought one of friends that has never been to a Madeline and she had a terrible experience. First of all, the color lady with a bright orange shirt behind the counter was rushing us and very disrespectful. We asked her three times about an item if it had any meat she ignored us and gave us the wrong thing. Zero quality in customer service, the restrooms are dirty and old and dirty tables.

The food was pretty good, but nobody ever greeted us and when we walked up to order at the register, the woman who was taking our order was a bit rude. Also, the glass for water I received was still dirty from both the inside and out. Please make sure to check that your glasses are clean and probably even the utensils.
