French Flies
I’ve been here twice. After being served a stale, sour chocolate cake and then being gaslit with “That’s how it’s supposed to taste” the first time, I should have known better than to go back. But in my defense, I didn’t expect them to serve customers brioche riddled with flies. The food quality and cleanliness were so bad that I almost didn’t even realize they had served me plain foam disguised as a latte.

This restaurant has gone downhill over the last year. The onion soup was pretty bad and the cheese that they put on top of it never really melted and came out with a consistency of a cracker. They used to play music in the store which they no longer do so instead all you hear while eating is a loud voices of the kitchen staff horsing around jumping around. It took 22 minutes for them to deliver the chicken la’madelin We used to order the salted baguette but they explained that they no longer make baguettes . How can that be a French bakery that doesn’t make baguettes? The woman’s bathroom toilet seat had mismatched seat cover. Everything seemed to point to a lack of attention to detail overall atmosphere that left me feeling like I was at a truck stop.

First timer! Food was okay, maybe a 7/10, nothing fancy, I got a french toast breakfast and it did not fill me up. Friendly staff though! I asked for an iced coffee not hot, but it’s okay.

I visited for my first time and I ordered the avocado toast w scrambled eggs on the side. I also served myself some decaf coffee w half & half to drink. Excellent plate presentation. Very instagrammable. However, if I were to order it I would specify either no balsamic vinaigrette or to put it on the side. A few small things I didn’t love based on personal preference but otherwise, great food!

I ordered the whole turkey baguette, paid almost 12 dollars for it to be very small. I could’ve went to subway for a footlong sandwhich that price. But never the less I was hungry so I ate it. I asked for lettuce as well but they didnt give it to me. The bread is what really ruined it. It was so hard I had trouble chewing. It tasted fine but the effort I put chewing was just really annoying

Well, well! I swore I wouldn’t come back here as the last time I came, the service was sketchy, and the tables dirty. But…they have a new crew, each one so friendly and efficient! Barbara, in particular, was especially helpful. The place looked clean too, and the food was very good! My friend and I both got the chicken Caesar sandwich, which we had heated up, and a side of Caesar salad. I bought a mini fruit tart to take home and it was delicious!!

Never again. The first time I went here, we got stale cake that tasted extremely off. Braved the place once more. The quiche was barely heated and the base had gone soft. The so-called lukewarm cappuccino was ⅕th coffee and largely just milk foam. And don’t even get me started on the pastry display with flies walking all over the bread.
The prices are high and the servers are indifferent. Hence, never again.

I came at around 9am. Smaller menu for breakfast and nothing ready yet from the cafeteria bar.
They don’t seem to expect many customers at this time and are prepping for later. Expect slower service.
All that aside, the food was good, and the fruit tarts were available. To add to the other reviews, the croissant wasn’t heated.

I just missed the lunch rush. The place was quant and cozy with a nice French flair. The staff was very friendly. I enjoyed sweet tea, potato soup, & a chicken Crepe (La Madeleine) I think it was called. Everything was delicious. I got dessert which was 2 mini tarts. It tasted lovely. I found out that there are many locations surrounding Atlanta. I will enjoy exploring those as well.
