I had such a great first experience here and will definitely be coming back! Everything tasted fresh and flavorful.
The service truly stood out, especially Daniel. He was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive throughout our visit. He took the time to explain the menu and gave the best recommendations, which made the experience even better.
One of my favorite parts was their house-made salsa bar. They have such great options to choose from. The picosa salsa was my favorite!

First time eating here and it was a very good experience! I had the steak plate (steak, white rice, black beans, lettuce, and salsa). Everything is made to order so I could actually taste the grill flavor on the steak. My husband got the barria quesadilla and said it was amazing!

Bought the Atomic Burrito and had it smothered.
I PAID 19$ PLUS CHANGE.
For 20$ I thought I was going to get one delicious Burrito. Sadly not the case!
Look at the picture, I got a burrito filled mostly with rice and beans and barely any meat. So few pieces of meat I couldn’t even taste it. Just beans and rice.
Very dissapointing I wish I could get my money back. Because I would not have paid that much money for a freaking veggie burrito.
It sucks because I only went to this place because of the decent reviews.

The food is decent. I wouldn’t say it’s great. They somehow always put egg when I say no egg in my breakfast burritos so that’s annoying. But their salsa variety is nice. However the flavor in the good is real hot or miss and I haven’t quite figured out why that is. The staff is super friendly so I do continue to go back a place with staff this pleasant is hard to find now days.

I absolutely love the chili rellenos here. They are a bit smaller than they used to be but still very decillicious and freshly made. The beans and rice are a great side. Ever since La Luz was a downtown Fort Collins destination, it has been a great place to come with great service and a friendly atmosphere. As their sign states, the wait is worth it for good food.
