There are so many ice cream shops in our area but the one that has made me feel like I’m back home in Mexico is this one… they focus on creating authentic Mexican ice cream. The service is beyond exceptional. You’re given a great smile as you walk in and by the time you’re out the door you can’t wait to be back. If you are looking for DELICIOUS homemade ice cream with the friendliest customer service you will ever have at an ice cream shop, then GO TO LA LUPITA in Oxford PA. We were on our way home from a long, hot bike ride on the Enola Low Grade Trail and stopped here on the way back. The variety of flavors was impressive and they were very happy to let us have a taste before deciding on a flavor. I will also add that the prices were very reasonable. I thought I didn’t hear it correctly when I first heard the total. I’m so glad we discovered this authentic Mexican homemade ice cream shop. We now have a regular stop when we come up to bike the Enola Low Grade Trail. Nicest people! I also should add that they have a wide variety of smoothies and juices if you want to have add a healthy drink to your day!

I drove 40 minutes two different times to try it bc it has such good reviews, but both times, it’s been closed. The hours on the door say it should be open. The hours for today were 1 pm to 8pm. I was there at 1:45, and the place was closed.
A one-star review might be unfair since I haven’t been able to try the ice cream, but I can’t recommend a place that doesn’t ever seem to actually be open.

This place is a msall family owned business. They always greet you politely and with a smile. We always come here to get a treat either ice- cream or snack. They recently added fresh Juices. I tried the jugo Verde (green Juice) and it was delicious!
