Went in today at 815 but was told that the grill was turned off already and only the fryer was on as they closed at 9. We have been here many times before and never have been told this. Not sure if this is a new policy but lost a customer today. All the other times service and food was great

First time here . Horrible chicken, so dry and tasteless, the refried beans tasted so burnt, so l had to order some frijoles charros, they were ok but l was also very hungry.on top of that very expensive. They still charged me for the burnt beans . If you want good chicken go to POLLO EXPRESS in pilsen. Just order ahead of time because that place is always packed.

Spent $16 for 2 drinks, 1 grapefruit and 1 guava with strawberry. They were both served at room temperature (no ice) and the guava wasn’t strained so it was full of crushed seeds that have to be spit out after every sip. Not worth going back. Over-priced and terrible service. The wait was over 20 minutes for 2 drinks and nobody was in front of us.

After waiting for 1 hr 20 minutes I got my food, it was barely warm. Opened up my plate and my steak was burnt. I can’t even eat it because it’s too hard. This will be my last time here…in my order before this my guacamole was all brown. All the little things start adding up so I’m thinking that’s it for me at this place. I don’t recommend this place at all. I called to let them know they burned my food and she boldly told me I would have to pick it up myself. WOW after three years of buying food there and after paying $46.52 for my food and tax PLUS a $4.50 delivery fee, $1.50 convenience fee and a tip. Totaling approx $56… there’s no way in hell I’ll be back at that place.

Chicken and beans have very good flavor salsas are very good, and they have a deal if you order online. We have been ordering from this place for the past several years food is always ready when we come to pick up. But have noticed the chicken has been dry from the past few times we have ordered.

Please don’t go to this location ladies and gentlemen! They advertise their products online for a price but when you arrive and place that order they have offering online they don’t honor the price! The lady on duty claims that you must order online to receive those internet prices, hence they don’t have that disclaimer on their website. I literally drove a nice commute for this chicken and still they declined to give me their online chicken price. ITS A DECEIVING ESTABLISHMENT. Please go elsewhere….
