La Loma Parker is now my favorite Mexican restaurant in Colorado. Great atmosphere, top-notch service, and the food was amazing. Our server, Taylor, provided perfect recommendations while we ordered. On my choose 3, she recommended the supreme option that added tomato, lettuce, and sour cream to my whole meal. The chili relleno was cooked to perfection and the brisket enchilada was so tender and flavorful drenched in their homemade enchilada sauce. From Taylor’s recommendation I also added carnitas to my stuffed sopaipilla which was incredible. My wife ordered the Carna Guisada with homemade tortillas and loved it! Really looking forward to my next visit!

Stopped in for lunch with the hubby. Perfection from beginning to end. Ashley was our server and made us feel so welcomed. Food was great! Crispy chili rellenos a must try. Margaritas on point, and the sopapillas for desert hit the spot. The only thing that I did not like was the table itself. The smell of a handful of pennies is not a smell you want to be smelling whiel eating. The service from Ashley and the food was great.

La Loma has changed in the 5 years since I’ve visited, they’ve expanded throughout the Denver Metro area, but they haven’t lost the soul of what they started with. They still have the same delicious green chili, drinks, fresh tortillas and chili rellano bites. Delicious.

Beautiful decor. The hostess and manager were extremely friendly. The waiter was ok. He forgot a refill on my drink, but really thats not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience. I ordered the green chili which tasted similar to what I remember from the old location downtown. I ordered the carnitas Mexico City Style Tacos. I used to order them all the time, as they were my favorite. The meat is different now, not great and I would not order again. Overall I’m disappointed. La Loma was one of my favorite restaurants, but I don’t think I’ll be back. At least not to this location.

We finally had our date night out for a late Valentine’s Day dinner and came here for the first time. We were so impressed with the staff, the food, and the cleanliness of the place. Highly recommend going for tequila Tuesday. The guac and the green chile were my favorite stand out menu items. I wish I would have gotten the name of our server tonight because he absolutely nailed service this evening and I wanted to shout him out! I see many reviews complaining about pricing….guys…this is Parker, Colorado. Wages are going up. Utility bills are going up. Taxes are going up. Food costs are through the roof. You experience this in your homes and businesses are, too. Small businesses need to price to stay afloat and these prices are absolutely fair for the quality of product and service you receive. That being said, this is definitely more of a special occasion dinner for us because our bill for the two of us with 3 margaritas, an appetizer, two entrees and a dessert was around $120 before tip. I told my husband this is where I want to go for my birthday this year I loved it so much!

La Loma has quickly become one of my favorite new spots when I travel to Parker for work and we needed a new place to eat! The place looks great—really clean and nicely done inside, and the covered patio is great for an indoor/outdoor feel.
The food is solid. I’ve been a few times now, and everything I’ve tried has been really good. The green chile is LEGIT—spicy, but not too crazy—and the fajitas are always sizzling hot and super tasty. Portion sizes are generous, so you definitely get your money’s worth. Oh, and the margaritas? Strong and delicious. I try and save room for dessert – the fried ice cream is my guilty pleasure.
The staff is friendly and usually pretty quick, even when it’s busy. You can tell they’re trying to give you a good experience. It makes me feel that I am having an upscale dining experience in Parker.
All in all, it’s just a great place to grab dinner with the family or hang out with friends. If you haven’t been yet, definitely worth checking it out.

La Loma in Parker absolutely nailed it for our family. The food was delicious, everything came out hot and flavorful, and the whole place had that welcoming, easygoing vibe that makes you want to linger a little longer.
Big shoutout to our server, Neely — she was fantastic. She was warm, patient with our group, and her recommendations were spot-on (the kind where you order what she suggests and immediately understand why she suggested it). She kept everything moving smoothly without ever making us feel rushed, and the service was attentive from start to finish.
We had a great experience and will definitely be back — excellent food, excellent service, and Neely made the anfternoon even better.

Service was good, green chilly tasted good, all the rest was awful. Flat draft beer, almost no meat on a $22 taco, dry old reheated rice. Not the same quality of food as the old La Lomas in Castle Rock. Way overpriced for the quality of food.
