When we walked in the owner was helping someone else and didn’t even acknowledge myself and the other customer that had walked in after me. He instead avoided eye contact with any of us. After he was done, he still didn’t acknowledge us and we had to tell him what we wanted to order vs “thank you for waiting, what can I get you?”

The girl working saw me come in she didn’t even say hi. I was standing there for 4 minutes and she was just in her phone. Did not even bother to take my order. I would not even rate this a 1 its straight up a 0. I just left did not order anything she didn’t even care was still on her phone. Like why even work.

If you want real ice cream don’t come to this place because its a joke how they make their stuff. I have gone to the other shops that is runned by other family members and they give you your moneys worth. They employees don’t wash their hands and they just charge you more for what the stuff its worth. Next time I’m going to make a longer trip to the crowslanding locations. Half of the cup is missing I paid almost $6 for 3 scoops of ice cream. I will never go there again. The place is a rip off!!
