I ordered the chicken tenders and enjoyed. The Diet Coke was also very crisp. My friend on the other hand received her burger with no bun! Or sauce. Now imagine her surprise when she opened her box, not happy. And another person from my group bun was stale. Not sure what the crisis is but hopefully they figure it out. Good luck! Overall ok experience.

My wife’s favorite place to eat. She loves it here. The Burtter Burger is her favorite, with the grilled bun and must have swiss cheese. Top off with crinkle cut frys and a Diet Pepsi perfect. The service is always friendly and fast. A great place to go!

Came in today for lunch as I work at valvoline across the street, they had who addressed himself as the owner in today as well. It being halloween, the owner mentions eating all this candy that he brought in, when a worker asked if she could have a piece, he loud and clear said “No you can’t, when you become the owner and pay for it then you can have all you want”, then proceeds to walk out saying “all right time to go harass jenison” Loud and clear for the whole restaurant to hear. Nothing against the employees here at all, but feel bad for them having to deal with that type of higher up

Wouldn’t bring a curbside order out, told me I had to go in. Asked the girl at the counter if she’s sure everything is in the sealed bag and she says, yes packed it myself. Get home and find 1/3 of the order missing. Go back, no apology. Guess I should have checked but figured you can trust them to get fries in the bag. It’s a big part of the job.

Went through the drive through at 10:30, not busy. Sat outside the window waiting for about 8 minutes while our ice cream sat there the entire time. We made eye contact with a worker slowly meandering about as we were ignored multiple times. Finally got our ice cream for it to be completely melted. When we complained the worker only gave some excuse that they didn’t have any more shake mix. Likely story. I didn’t catch her name or I would call her out. Congratulations! Please do better.

Update: This place has gone downhill. Not a peep from Culver’s corporate or local management. When I told the staff there wasn’t a single clean table they handed me a wet towel and paper towel to clean my own table. I’ve attached new pictures.
The food is normally good but there’s never a clean table. I normally get napkins and water from the soda machine to clean my own table.

My husband went and hit me the Culver’s Deluxe double, and the patties were so burnt. This meal was almost $15, we were both too tired to go running back up there. I did call and inform and was told they’ll mail us a meal basket free coupon, listen this economy cost too much to burning and serving burnt food. I’ll update and inform if the coupon comes.

Don’t order the Cod! One picture is what the menu shows the cod sandwich looks like the other is what I got…a fish stick on a bun. It had no flavor at all…even the tartar sauce is completely flavorless. The cheese and the bun were good ♀️. The onion rings were burnt! The Culver’s in Kentwood is much better and we will not be returning to the Wilson location! Get it together folks! As expensive as the food is, the quality needs to get better!
