The bread is good the tamales used to be good. I spent $45 for 18 tamales for them to be mostly masa. We couldn’t find the cheese in the tamales let alone the chicken with green salsa. $2.50 per tamal not worth it.

I love coming here and it’s very close to my house, reminds me of my grandma baking growing up. They make great tamales as well with lots of meat, very delicious. Their sweet bread are great a big variety to choose from. They open at 5am you won’t be sorry if you stopped by and bought some thing to have with your coffee in the morning.

First time here at this bakery. Pan dulce was freshly baked, the staff were busy but friendly and knowledgeable; you could tell they were long-term employees by their swiftness in servicing you. It was a good experience, I’ll be back again.

You are not coming here for the atmosphere. However, it is clean and more than serviceable.
The Mexican sweet bread, the breakfast torta sandwiches, the tamales, and the low prices are every reason to be here!
Arrive very early because the place is popular and things sell out. They will make more, but you don’t want to have to wait for that. Everything here is worth the wait. Mexican sweet bread is an art. The moistness, the texture, and the buttery deliciousness matter. They have a variety of breakfast Tortas. I am anxious to try the chicharron with salsa verde. But my go-to every time is the chorizo with egg Torta. Perfection!
The tamales are excellent. Corn husk wrapped Mexican tamal, but I am not sure from what region. They have a chicken mole tamale that is out of this world! I don’t know any other place that has this, and it is sensationally good.
$2.50/tamal won’t break the bank. I’ll pick up a half dozen to take care of lunch and dinner. Another bonus is that they open so early that it’s easy to pick up treats on the way to work. Great place to supply pan dulce for the whole office.

I been a customer for over 15 years I love the Menudo and tamales, I choose the chicken salsa Verde and Chicken mole ones are the best! The pan dulce is good and my family enjoys the small size portion pan when supposedly watching their weight
Menudo runs out fast on Saturday and Sunday I only wish it was all week. I just tried the Champorado (Mexican tradition hot chocolate)and it was delicious They also have chorizo con papa breakfast bolillo also very good.

For over 15 years our family has been buying and sharing this delicious MX bread. Always helpful when one orders over 300 pieces of assorted bread. I would share a pic, but it’s always gobbled up before I get a chance to take one

They have a great selection of pan dulce, as well as reasonably priced (and more importantly, delicious) tamales. I also highly recommend their champurrado. The service is quick, efficient and warm. I highly recommend coming here.

Missing one star because the lady in the afternoon is not patient or nice. She rushes you out. And seems upset that you don’t know The “names” of the pan dulce you want. Pan dulce is called different names so chill and help us out trying to guess. A dash of nice would help but the bread here is always delicious!
