We were on our way south and decided to stop @ La Ideal Bakery. If you want to eat authentic Mexican tacos with homemade tortillas then you need to try it! All the meats we tried were delicious & not too greasy at all! We definitely recommend this location to our family & friends!!!

This place is tucked away but surprisingly people know it’s really good because it was busy. People eating in and take out both full. I had the” caldo de res” (beef soup) and it tasted the closest as if I made it at home. A lot of people got their tacos. Definitely recommend

Stopped into this busy little spot on my way to the gun show and I was pleasantly surprised I tried the menudo and a barbacoa taco and both items were delicious, the menudo could have been a little hotter temperature wise but the flavor was great. they make their own home-made tortillas both flour and corn. Get there early as the placed gets super packed and the seating is limited.

We went in this morning ordered two tacos each. The flour tortillas were a bit raw . Gummy and not fresh of the morning . Food was ok , but second time my tortillas were bad . When they cook them they need to make sure they’re cooked. I make better breakfast , I know my product very well and I won’t just eat anything.

I love the food but the service is very unfriendly. There’s always an attitude problem, they always argue with you about your order even when you ask for something and they “didn’t hear you”, and if you don’t speak Spanish they have an even bigger problem with you.

I’d happily work here just to see the joy of serving people (and stacking my own stash of fresh tamales) what I’ve known as the local Mexican home cooked joint. This place brings the whole community together. Feel free to indulge in any taco combo (you won’t be disappointed!) and then move on trying their soups and delicacies in every visit. Beware of lines (always worth the wait and they move rather quickly!)
