Service was absolutely horrible. Not 1 time was I asked for a refill or revisited at all after my food was brought out. Tacos were nasty and whatever these sauces were was gross. I also got some queso and Ive ate grocery store queso better than this crap. One of the worst Mexican restaurants I’ve ever ate at.

Incredible!, and it doesn’t even do it justice. My husband and I were in from Canada and after our friends fell ill and couldn’t meet us we were searching for a dinner location. La Herrdura’s service was excellent, he was very attentive and provided us great suggestions. The food was out of this world. Neither of us have had such outstanding Mexican before! It was so flavourful and fresh food, we will be suggesting all friends and family stop in!

Just an average Tex Mex place. Food was good, service was ok. They couldn’t tell me prices of anything or even a list or inventory of what kind of bourbon they had. So I ordered something and hoped for the best. I wouldn’t be in a hurry to return here. It was fine 3.5/5

If you are looking for best Mexican restaurant in Bardstown, this is the place to go. Shout out to Maria because she always has the best service. The food is great and huge serving.
Just a suggestion to the management. I gave 3 stars to atmosphere because I think it’s time to upgrade the chairs as most of them are not comfortable to sit. There are also areas that are too dark, especially the bench near the bathroom that you would need a flashlight in order to read the menu.
Overall, we love this place and highly recommend.

This was our first visit and we already have plans to return. The food was freshly prepared and everything tasted wonderful. The portions were definitely generous and prices were reasonable. Our waiter was attentive and helpful.
