Had dinner here recently with a friend and it was my first time trying it. It was a busy Friday night. They could improve their host stand cause they just used a dry erase board and marker, didn’t take our name or anything. It was an odd system. But we were sat pretty quickly. Drinks were strong and food was hot and flavorful. Would definitely recommend giving them a try.

This place is always busy or at least the two times we had been there. Not really sure again of the hype, the salsa itastes like tomatos with ch flavor and the red sauce used on the el Diabla shrimp is some weird and not good sauce, not even spicy. Wife said drinks are good, so maybe that’s why it draws the crowds.

The service here is great. The staff is welcoming and checks on you frequently. I’d like a bit more time to look at the menu and relax but they are attentive.
The food is absolutely amazing. I’ve been all over the states and the world and this Mexican is top notch. I’ve been here twice. First time I got the taco salad and it was very good. Tonight I got the steak rancheros and steak was cooked perfect. It was very tender and the flavor was great. It had enchilada sauce on it but you could taste the seasoning too.
Ambience is decent. Standard restaraunt where there are tables and booths.
The price is great.
I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for Mexican in or around OKC.

My immediate impression upon walking in was that this restaurant is owned by people who care about it, and have a passion for it. The furnishings and decor throughout the restaurant were beautiful and high quality, as well as tidy. The servers were sharply dressed and extremely efficient. And the food— my boyfriend and I both waaaaay overate because both the food and our margaritas were absolutely divine, and we just couldn’t stop! I had the Lunch de Camaron and the Margarona, so delicious. His apple margarita was also yummy and generously poured. We look forward to coming back!

Visited the newly opened La Herencia Grill today in Midwest City.. The food is excellent. Fresh and, Authentic. The portion size and price was very much adequate. Right now they are waiting for approval for their liquor license. And I can imagine the margaritas will taste as great as the menu items. The artwork on the booths and tables appear to be handcrafted. The restaurant is clean and looks inviting. Overall this was a great visit. I will definitely visit this place again.
