I have been ordering from La Hechizera Tortas through delivary services… And I have LOVED their food. Today I visited them during lunch time and they were busy! People just going in and out, happily and effortlessly. The restaurant handling everything very pleasantly and professionally. Nice and clean. And did I say AWESOME food!! Very unique and authentic. I have had their tostadas and quesadillas.

I give my rating in full honesty. This place focuses on being mainly a torta business. So I had the Cubana. The flavors of the dish were great. The fries were fresh and simple, nothing wrong there. Yet, considering they push the torta full fledged, there were some things that could have definitely been better. The bread was toasted on the outside, yet the inside was kinda soggy. It would have been better toasted on inside. As well, when it came to the cheese, avocado, sausage, and tomatoes. It was as if the $12 spent was not enough to add condiments to cover the whole sandwich, instead of partially. Hopefully this review opens the owners mind to make these few changes to give more value to the product that is produced.

I ordered the Alambre torta, and two tacos, pastor and carne asada. I loved the alambre torta with the pineapples and crispy edges of steak with bacon and bell peppers, a nice amount of cheese and avocado as well. I liked pouring their green salsa on as well as it added a nice fresh citrus bite to the sandwich. The bread was perfectly toasted and held together well. Overall the torta was just a big delicious greatness and I recommend coming very hungry or saving half for later. 9/10
The tacos were good, nothing amazing but a solid 7/10.
We got a tres leches cake which is made in Arlington by Anakaren and it was fresh and delicious. If you want some desert the cakes here will serve you well. 8/10
The atmosphere here is good. The place was very clean inside with plenty of seating. The workers were nice, serviced with a smile and helped me with small requests without complaint. I’m glad I chose to dine in. I think the walls could some personal decorations to make it feel a little less corporate and a fountain drink machine would be nice. 8/10
Overall I really liked my sandwich and the cleanliness of the restaurant. I will return again when I’m very hungry. 9/10

This is our first time at this place, but I can say that it was great. I had the enchiladas and was surprised to see that’s a huge portion ( enough to feed 2 people!) The rest of the family had tortas and burrito. We all loved the food, even though it is kind of expensive. We’ll come back in the near future.

Omg first I had high hopes for this place don’t bother to come back we ordered two tortas all that is in this lettuce and Mayo for $12 each (alone) not even the fries I ordered the milanesa torta and instead i got a lot of lettuce and bread ☹️NOT WORTH $50(for two people) I should have gone across the street to wataburger instead and that’s sad. Yo queria una torta de milanesa not pan con tanto lechuga ♀️.

I went early one morning and order some breakfast tacos. The cashier said I had to order it with an orange juice because I couldn’t just order the tacos. 10 minutes go by and I asked the lady how much longer and she said something in the kitchen was broken so it was taking longer than usual. 10 more minutes go by and she than said they’ve just started making my food. 5 more minutes go by and no order ready. I asked her to just refund me my money and then she only refunded me the charge for the food and keep the tip. Horrible expensive experience for wasting my time and no apology.

I will be honest and say this place stole my money without a gun, had a machete at traders village and it was soooo good, my sister talk to me about this place I was so existed, oh my the food was disgusting, I don’t wanna be mean but I am not exaggerating, they game me just a boil chicken in it, didn’t have flavor not even salt, just boil chicken how can someone charge you for that horrible service?, I was so hungry that I ate half of it and couldn’t eat more, disgusting they didn’t even gave me avocado they just put like a green sauce to let me know it was the avocado ……. bad bad bad this place shouldn’t even be open the other stuff that we order wasn’t good either, but oh well this was my first experience trying this place and my last one cause I am not coming back…they just lost alot of business here, if the owner of this place read this please please put gallinita at least to the chicken and some achote so it can at least have some color… no tiren su dinero por que es lo que yo sentí que vine a hace, yo nunca escribo reviews pero es necesario que lo haga el pollo de este machete estaba solo hervido, no tenía sal ,no tenía condimentos, ni color, si miras colorcito en el aforo es por que le puse salsa de la que tenían ai…. muy mala comida

First of all, the food is very greasy. Secondly, It’s expensive for the quality of the food. I wouldn’t mind paying if the food was better. Some Tortas ( Mexican sandwich) don’t have ingredients such as lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc. So if you want to modify the torta that’s price at 12.99 you need to pay .70 for any additional ingredients. Prepare to pay 20 to 25 per person or more. Aguas frescas don’t taste like natural, they are more like artificially flavored.
