I ordered an iced chai latte and a ham and swiss croissant. Paid and was waiting. A polite worker apologized that they were out of the croissants, would I like something else. I got the sweet pepper bacon croissant, which is $2 more expensive. They accommodated me and asked no questions. My food and drink came out perfectly, the way Dunkin donuts intends it to be made. Great service, great food, great location.

I understand is new people but they need to train them better, this guy didn’t even as which bagel we want, he just put anything, they didn’t even ask if we want the ice cream in a cup or cone nasty attitude, never coming back is like 10 people and none of them are train good enough to do costumer service…. Just wanted ice cream. It was not prepacked so that add 10min to pack. while we waited in drive thru pulled up. They served at least 10 other cars after this long wait we reversed asking for refund they slowly got the ice cream together and gave it to me. So they have absolutely no urgency.
