It was our first time here today. We walked in (lunch time) and we were greeted immediately. Our cashier was amazing, and even gave us a little first time gift. The food was DELICIOUS. The portion big. There was so much flavor, it reminded me of home. I will be stopping by again.

An absolutely splendid breakfast experience at La Hechizera Tortas in Mansfield. Alan is running an exceptional operation here—efficient, welcoming, and full of heart. The food is vibrant, freshly prepared, and bursting with authentic flavour. You can immediately tell that great care is taken with every dish. Service was attentive and gracious, and the atmosphere charming and relaxed—exactly what one hopes for on a Saturday morning.
This place is going to be a real gem for Mansfield. It’s rare to find a spot with this level of consistency and passion so early on. I’ll certainly be returning, and I daresay it won’t be long before the rest of the town catches on as well. Bravo, Alan and team—keep up the fantastic work.

I’ve worked in Mansfield, Texas for the past five years and have tried countless lunch spots in the area. Hands-down, this is the best one I’ve found. It might be a little pricey for a typical lunch, but the incredible quality and taste of the food more than make up for it. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed this place. I was greeted by Alan; he was very personable. This was my first so, so I wanted to try a bit of several meats. He told me about the $12.99 special; 4 tacos (any combination of meats), sops de fideo and a drink.
I had carne asada, pastor, carnitas, and barbacoa. Each one was delicious. Some places make their carnitas and barbacoa is crock pots and such, but not here. The barbacoa was nice and clean, not too greasy at all. I got the red and green salsas as I like to mix both. Overall a great place for Mansfield.

1st time trying. Ordered Machete. Excellent home made corn shell. Think of 4 XL tacos put together, layered with refried beans, guacamole, and grilled steak. Used the green salsa verde. It was delicious.

Absolutely loved my first visit, here. Got the Pambazo because it sounded interesting, and I think I have a new favorite torta! I will be going back, especially to get the chilaquiles verde, and I wanna try the Hechizera. The guy at the register was very polite and and brought my food out to me. He also recommended the LA DF, so I’ll have to try that too at some point!
