I didn’t take pictures of the tacos or the Birria taco, but I tried those too. Unfortunately, I will not be getting the Birria taco again, because it was so is greasy. I say that to say the tacos here are the best in town slightly. No where near the best I’ve ever had, but definitely will be going back out of convenience and taste. Not a fan that they are not open on Tuesday, but they still have a repeat customer here. Will update post when I get their tacos again.

This is the best taco truck I’ve visited so far. I ordered the White Cheese Taco( Quesobirria platter) for 15.99. Excellent taste for everything, including the sauces. The taco shells were fried, stuffed with shredded beef, cheese, onion and cilantro, then toasted on a skillet!

Used to love ordering from here for lunch because the prices were good and so was the food. They have since raised their prices by over 50 percent. A sandwich which used to be $11 or even loaded fries for $12 are now $17+. I get prices are going up on everything but that is just ridiculous. Basically making it so I will never order from you again. Those prices are way too much especially if I order delivery and have to pay a tip and delivery fee on top of that and considering drinks or sides are not included in those prices.

From me being from Vegas I must say this place has the best Mexican food I have ever had. And a little secret if you did not know is if you sing a song and dance you get a free discount on your items. Definitely something I’m glad I knew also at the restaurant they do that to. My favorites would have to be The birra pizza and the smothered burrito and chicken quesadilla. Also I cool fact if you feel thirsty they also have a bar so let your kids run around while you enjoy a nice cold beer.

We find ourselves here almost weekly. It’s such a high quality food truck. Their food is delicious and consistent. They are authentic, fast, and we always leave happy. When you order you get a buzzer so you can wait inside your car instead of in the crazy Kansas weather. If the weather is nice enough to eat outside, they do have a picnic table. Highly recommend for a take away dinner!

Do yourself a favor and get the Birria Pizza. It easily feeds two, and it’s so good. We got ours extra crunchy with an extra consomme.
