The food was excellent. I really can’t see much for the service. It seemed like they were all hanging out at the bar on their phones. They need to be more attentive to their customer. I would have gave it a five star however the customer service was not the best, however, he was very friendly.

Great Molcajete recommend by Freddy our waiter, he was so friendly and fast, very efficient young man. First time here we like it a lot.
If anything i would suggest to change the corn tortillas I didn’t like them.
And I think the Natural flavor waters like Jamaica (Hibiscus) pineapple and Horchta waters are kinda a pensive . 5.50 per glass. But the Jamaica I order was pretty good.

When we’re visiting from Colorado we always make it a point to eat here!! They have friendly staff and excellent service! We usually start with a pitcher of margaritas and/or tea/water. We like to enjoy a drink with our chips and salsa! My wife and sister-in-law really love the Seafood Enchiladas!! They are full of shrimp and crab and served with a great cheese sauce! They are truly the main reason we keep coming back!! I always have the Burrito Deluxe (ground beef). It is served as 2 burritos, and together, they are a good size; with rice and beans, you leave full and satisfied! My brother had the Enchiladas, they too are great! Note: The rice and beans are delicious, and we all had them with our meal. All our food was served hot and in an appropriate amount of time! We never felt rushed even though the restaurant was getting busier and busier. The atmosphere is typical for a Mexican restaurant; that said, the dining area was clean, the tables were bussed and wiped quickly; ready for the next patrons! I definitely recommend LA Hacienda!! You won’t be disappointed!!

My friends and I went to La Hacienda tonight. We all got meals, queso, and shared a margarita pitcher. We asked the server, Gonzalo, to split the pitcher and queso and to leave our meals alone. He comes back with three receipts and he did not split the pitcher and queso – which isn’t a huge deal. The bigger deal was that the cost of the tacos were inconsistent. My friends tacos were a different price than mine and WE GOT THE SAME TACOS. The service was EXTREMELY show as well. We came in at 6 and we are still here and it’s almost 7:45. He did not come back ever and the restaurant was not busy at all. Very disappointed.

Went on Cinco de Mayo for lunch. Everything was delicious! Very generous portions, especially with the kid chicken quesadilla! Complimentary salsa and chips are always welcomed. Not all Mexican restaurants do that. By the way, ask to “spice it up”!

The salsa and food had a rotten taste to it. I thought it was only my food but my friend said her food had the same taste. And we ordered different things. She had the fajita taco salad and I had la hacienda michelada. We both picked at it but didn’t finish our food. Not sure if something in their refrigerator went bad and had the rest of the food taste the same. But I will never be returning here. I got home and started puking. I hope I don’t get food poisoning.
