If I could zero stars I would! Negative zero in fact! Tonight was the Milford Stroll, and while I know it’s busy for all food establishments, it’s good business practice to add extra staff in order to to accommodate customers in a timely manner. We walked around the town for a bit then went there to catch a bite to eat at around 6:45. The wait was about 20 minutes to get a table, then once seated it took approximately ONE HOUR to get our meal and get a second beverage. We paid $14 for the queso blanco only to have it go to waste as they never refilled the chips for dipping. My husband has food allergies and we ordered his meal very specific. However they brought out the meal the standard way and the server said she can ask them to redo it. We said no because we didn’t want to wait yet another hour to get it. She didn’t even ask what else she could do to make it right, such as a discount etc. which shows they clearly do not value customer satisfaction. They forgot to give my granddaughter her fries and by the time they brought it out we were all done so it was useless. This was one of THE WORST dining experiences not to mention we did not get out of there until 8:45 pm which is totally unacceptable. I do not recommend this place at all!

I ate here a few years ago twice without any issues. I swear since then I’ve tried to eat here 5-6 times (not many choices downtown) without success. it’s so uncomfortable waiting at that backdoor, and the staff is trying to walk past in and out the kitchen. the place was literally almost empty, and we were waiting over 20-30 mins to be seated. this happened every time we’ve tried to eat here. there’s nowhere to stand, and it’s a strange setup to leave customers waiting in the corner of the hallway at the backdoor. so we just left each time before being able to eat. this isn’t a 5 star restaurant. the staff seem too young and immature as well

It was not like the other La Hacienda locations that I have been to. Very quaint. We were not allowed to eat on the patio which was disappointing because it was a beautiful day. Decided on the Taco Tuesday special for $12 unlimited. Did not care for the beef texture. It was like pulled pork and extremely wet. The refried beans tasted like great northern beans instead of pinto and were not smooth and creamy but actual whole beans.

Our 1st visit, stopped in for lunch. Excellent food. Fiesta Taco Salad (beef) was the best I ever had. My wife had a taco dish and she raved about it. We will definitely comeback! We highly recommend.

They must have changed management. The prices are now outrageous. We asked for a small cheese cup for our birria tacos and were shocked when we saw it was $11 on the check. They used to be amazing food with reasonable prices but you need to let people know if you charge outrageous prices

I highly recommend the Milford location not only for it’s outstanding food and cocktails, but also as a venue for special events. Chuck and his staff made my daughter’s bridal shower so special. The food was delicious and the 38 guests had a great time. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful courtyard, love the scenery and brick floor Twice, i was interrupted by an incredibly loud siren, but thats not their fault. the cheese quesadillas were just perfect, and were filling. love the cheese. restrooms were clean and the employees were very helpful and spoke clearly. inside is very dim. i was disappointed to hear a grown man with a daughter say skibidi though.

We’ve been a couple times now, and it’s always a great dining experience. Their menu is just a little different from traditional local Mexican restaurants, with delicious variations of some basic entrees, as well as the tried-&-true options that most diners would expect. The upstairs and downstairs are both comfortable dining options, the upstairs has a bar along one side and fewer tables. All of our choices were large portions, and everyone had leftovers. Entrees themselves were reasonably priced, but the guac, and the cheese dip were both very expensive add-ons to the free chips & salsa routine. Very good overall, we will certainly be back.
