For a chain that prodes itself on fresh ingredients and food cooked to order, they lived up to those boasts. Prior to today I hadn’t been to a Del Taco in years due to distance but it’s just as good now as it was in 2021 when I was last at one. Props for good food and speedy service.

The cashier was nice, but it took a little long and when I got my 7 layer burrito. It’s not a rolled like a burrito, its rolled into a ball and it’s super messy.

This Del Taco felt less like a restaurant and more like a rehearsal for the Three Stooges directed by downsy girl. The drive-thru was nonstop giggling and screwing around like it was open-mic night, not a job.
I ordered a bean and cheese burrito. Somehow that came out as chili instead of beans, it was gross. The tacos weren’t any better, greasy and stale shells.
I paid real, hard-earned money for food that was wrong, sloppy, and clearly made by people who didn’t care at all. Absolute waste. Never again.

I ordered on the app, sat in drive thru for well over 15, order was never repeated back. Got home to find out that our 2 large fries, while in the large storage, only had about medium amount of fries. Also, I ordered the $5 box and all I got from it was the combo burrito, lacking fries and a small soda. The mini casedilla was no where to be found…

Little more attention to detail and would easily make it to 5. Mostly the same in most places anymore. Lack of desire on workers to impress customers. They go through the motions without heart. Makes for lackluster results.

Terrible experience, I ordered and they took half an hour and said we haven’t started it yet, the lady who was managing was no help and really condescending, I’ll never come back here. I could hear the staff complaining about being busy and they didn’t care about getting the orders out. Talk about a burn out of a store.

Went in for breakfast on 3/31/25, after I had ordered my food and was eating inside I noticed the man who took my order and was handling the money and he was also preparing the food for customers . Over and over he had never once change his disposable gloves. Very unsanitary and disgusting. They should teach their employees food safety and sanitary protocols before they start working at these jobs. Also left a bad taste in my mouth all day . Hope they teach this employee the right way to handle food and to change gloves between handling money and food.
