All around a pretty decent place. The food was good and the ingredients were fresh. The staff were friendly and attentive. They stayed busy through the lunch hour and had a good variety of offerings. I personally ate the Chile Relleno and it was good. I would have liked some added spice to the dish and wish the guacamole would have been in greater quantities. The plate was minimum expectations, but a step up would be to add some fresh ingredients to liven the plate and give a contrasting texture to eat.

A great, family – owned Mexican restaurant! The prices are reasonable, the food tastes great, portions are generous, and the servers are friendly and attentive. They serve three kinds of salsa with the chips. (Ask for the chipotle salsa!) This restaurant is a regular for us!

Nick was amazing! Best service I’ve ever had (& I’m in the industry so I’m hard to please lol). My drinks were never empty, he gave great recommendations, & Nick made us smile the whole time! The food was excellent! The salsa selection were all fuego, white queso is phenomenal, tacos were packed with steak. Wait wait wait, I almost forgot about the margaritas!! They had real fruit & were seriously a delightful delicacy. To top it all off they had a man playing the most beautiful music for the whole dinner. Im seriously impressed & I’ll probably come back every week!! La Hacienda is the BEST Mexican restaurant I’ve ever had. You won’t regret visiting this location.

The 2 hostesses were more interested in chit chatting then sitting us. It took forever for a waiter to come by & get our drinks. Then disappeared on us, waiting for almost 10 minutes to take our order. Hubby got the fajitas & I got the Santa Maria plate. I am not sure what I was expecting, but definitely not a literal bean taco with just COLD refried beans, another shell flipped upside covered in hot cheese making it soggy, and 2 enchiladas swimming in red sauce with COLD cheese on top. I barely got a dollop of guacamole, a nasty looking piece of tomato & a pinch of lettuce. My husband’s fajitas, he barely ate. Instead of bringing the meat on a skillet and the rest on another plate, they put it ALL on the skillet. His rice was hard, the refried beans were runny, & barely had enough meat for 2 tortillas. He doesn’t eat the beans, rice, etc, I eat it for him. But when we saw it all piled on the skillet & were barely able to scrape it off, he was pretty upset. I’ve NEVER seen another Mexican restaurant prepare it that way. They were slow on refills, we only got 2 & the glasses are SMALL. Chips were stale & salsa just gross. I do not think we will go back. Absolutely was not impressed. $40+ for a meal we could hardly eat is ABSURD.

November 2022, again April 2023. Yummy, fresh food. Quick service. Great tamales and enchiladas. Fresh salsa. I love that we have a nice mom-and-pop place like this right here in Fytvl as an alternative to big mediocre chain restaurants.

The patrons that love this place hold some nostalgia for what it once was. The food is basic and very bland in my opinion. I have eaten at this restaurant five times and had a different dish each time. Each outcome was the same disappointment.

So far have not found any other Mexican cuisines in this area that taste great and prices not too bad plus they occasionally make home made tortilla and they are worth every bite. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The swirl margarita was pretty good. Love that they have regular salsa (very cilantro-y) and a spicy choice. Had some live music playing that night around 5-6 pm.
