Jen is incredible!! So kind, patient, friendly, and very hospitable! Jen is the new lady, and she was incredible! Super nice! Very attentive! Incredible, especially with my two kiddos! She was cheerful, patient, and very positive! Made great small talk and even very encouraging!
First airport before international travel and I’m glad cvg has this lounge!
Wow! I’m thankful! She even got coloring pages and crayons!
She checked up regularly with a smile.
The food was just ok. It is a smaller lounge.

This is a great little lounge. albeit small, the ladies at the front desk are very helpful finding seats and being hospitable. When the lounge went to a waitlist a very entitled traveler refused into sit in the 2 options given for single travelers. He was rude to the hostess and took a table which kept a party of 2 from entering. She handled the situation appropriately and the traveler left.

Been here many many times and the staff is always fantastic, the drinks are good, and the space is clean and comfortable. While we don’t always love the food, it always looks fresh (it’s just often not to our personal taste). However, we’ve been to SO MANY airport lounges on priority pass all over the country (and abroad!) and this one continues to be one of our favorites. Despite the small size of the space, the fact that the furniture is well maintained and comfortable(compared to many airport lounges that are dilapidated, dirty, and in desperate need of replacement/maintenance), the staff seems to actually enjoy working together and offering some reprieve to travelers, the service is consistently kind and calm (whether we’re here at 6am or 6pm), and the space is convenient and light/bright makes it a stop worthwhile for a longer wait or a quick beverage.
Chose to post my review today because the lounge is SO much busier than our past visits and somehow we enjoyed this visit MORE than past ones. For instance, to offset the small space and amount of people moving around in here, one of the staff members checked in with us to take our drink order and brought them right to our seats! Classic midwestern hospitality and kindness paired with thoughtful management of the space. Fantastic!!!

Escape Lounge is a pretty chill location for any passengers on departure flights to be able to relax and enjoy some nice wine and alcohol before the flight. I like the simplicity and comfort of the lounge as a whole, and their selection of appetizers and snacks is pretty nice. Seating availability might vary depending upon the time of day and peak travel periods, but overall, if you have Priority Pass or Amex lounge access and are flying from the B gates, this is definitely a nice place to stop by and refresh yourselves before a long or tedious journey to places far and wide!

I had such a relaxing and quiet time at Escape lounge. I love it here and really appreciate how Renee was so lovely and friendly. The food was good, but I recommend maybe bringing in some protein if you care about that. The bar is very fast and I am glad I had this place to go to as I wait for my flight. Priority pass and AMEX were both accepted in my case. I also had a blast with Ivy and Jennifer ! They made me delicious drinks.

This was my first time trying this lounge. Food was great and frequently refreshed. Rosemary was incredible. She was very kind and wend above and beyond in serving everyone in the lounge, even delivering drinks when the bar was full. I will definitely return because of her service!
