We eat a lot of Mexican food! It’s our favorite cuisine. This was hands down the best Mexican food North of the border! It was seasoned well, spicy but not hot. The service was excellent and we really enjoyed sitting outside on the patio. We were just visiting the area but will probably drive 7 hours just to eat here again!

Great veggie fajitas and side dishes. Food came out very fast and was delicious. Our server was very good. They were super busy, but it was a very good experience. Atmosphere was high energy and positive…lots of happy diners. Some in our party had Hawaiian fajitas, Pollo Campeche, and combo. All were good.

I’ll be honest, I usually choose other restaurants when I want Mexican food, that might have just changed tho.
Not only was the food great on this visit but I do believe this was the fastest service I’ve ever received at any Mexican restaurant, at least start to finish.
I’ll be back soon to see if that’s the usual, with consideration to the size crowd they may have on my next visit at least.
Also, for what it’s worth, I try not to review based on price but they seem to be cheaper than most other Mexican restaurants as well.

Good rainbow and tropical margarita flights. Caught them half price on Valentine’s Day! Cheese dip is the best.

Super food. Super fast. I got the Burrito Real. It was great. Large portions. I really liked the fresh warm chips and salsa. The salsa and the pico de gallo could have been a little hotter but they tasted good. Maybe some hot sauce on the table would have helped.

Brought the out something I did not order and paid 9 dollars for a margarita with three sips and filled to the brim with ice. Will not be back

So disappointing.
We’ve sincerely enjoyed eating at LaFuente for 18 years, since moving from AZ. They truly have enjoyable, authentic Mexican food and commendable service. Until now.
We ordered take out on May 11th.
I requested a side of shredded white cheese. As seen in the photos, I was charged $2.49 for approximately 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese.
I have eaten and enjoyed their Chili Verde for years. Until this order. The chopped beef was replaced by ground hamburger. And there was very little green chili in the dish.
I understand that adjustments must be made because of continued rising food prices. But, when the adjustments go far enough that, after 18 years, you quit eating at and ordering from a restaurant the adjustments have gone too far.

Bought fajitas, when they served them they were not sizzling like normal, started eating them and they were not hot and full of water. I asked to speak to manager and he told us it is where they mixed them with the tomatoes, I guess he thought we were stupid. We bought them about 2 weeks ago and they were good but I doubt that we will return to this restaurant, simply because of the manager trying to find an excuse.

Excellent food and prompt service for a group of 11. Chimichangas were great! Highly recommend.

This place is “ok”. The one in Meridianville is much better. Service is good but food not so much. Had fajitas that were supposed to be chicken and steak, but had huge clumps of beef in it to add bulk im guessing. Kids quesadillas were greasy and not good. Tacos al Pastor same, super greasy as if meat was just sitting in grease. Overall I would recommend for a beer and chips and salsa, but not for dinner.
