We booked FontaineBleau through Amex FHR. La Fontaine is one of the restaurants where you can use the daily breakfast credit. I really enjoyed the restaurant but it does get busy so reservations are definitely recommended. Aside from that we ate there multiple days and never got tired of it. They have fresh juices, regular breakfast items as well as some unique options. I had the coq au vin from the brunch menu which was good. Service was pretty on par with what you’d expect from a Vegas resort restaurant as were the prices. Overall good experience.

I went to La Fontaine at the new Fontainebleau Las Vegas for brunch on a Saturday morning. We had a reservation and still waited a few minutes to be seated, but nothing terrible. The restaurant itself is absolutely gorgeous — beautifully decorated, elegant, and feels brand new. Very luxurious atmosphere!

We ordered the pancakes and the eggs Benedict, along with coffees. Unfortunately, after waiting over 45 minutes, our food still hadn’t arrived. When we asked about it, the manager came by and explained they had actually run out of eggs, which was pretty surprising for a place like this.

To make up for it, the manager offered us a basket of pastries while we waited — a really nice gesture since we were starving by then. The pain au chocolat and croissant were both excellent (and I say that as a French woman with high standards for pastries!).

Eventually, our food arrived and it was good, with generous portions. But what truly stood out was the atmosphere and décor — the space is stunning and makes the experience feel special.

To be fair, the manager handled the situation very professionally, even removing a couple of charges from our bill to apologize for the delay.

Overall, despite the hiccup, I’d still come back and would recommend La Fontaine to anyone looking for a classy, elegant brunch spot in Vegas.

Our go-to brunch spot in Vegas—every single trip!
La Fontaine has become our must-have brunch destination every time we visit Vegas. The atmosphere is cozy yet chic, the service is always warm and welcoming, and the food… absolutely incredible.

We come here every day for brunch while we’re in town, and it never gets old. The flatbreads are AMAZING—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly made every time. Everything on the menu is fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor.

If you’re looking for a relaxed, elevated brunch experience with consistently great food and service, this place is it. Don’t skip it!

The restaurant décor is really cute. We tried the Lost Stars cocktail, the crudo, the foie gras, and the soufflé pancake. The pancake was mild, and the crudo tasted good, though we did find some fish bones in it. The foie gras was the highlight of the meal — it paired beautifully with the fruit and was incredibly flavorful. The cocktail also made for a great brunch drink; light, refreshing, and very enjoyable.

However, we waited over 20 minutes for the food to be served to us. Def could do better than that

Thats the chicken roulade, ive had a lot of their menu including the steak and eggs with foie gras, seafood tower, caesar salad.

Its a wonderful place

Tried the snails, coq au vin and lobster salad. Divine.

The high protein garden salad sandwich is a miss though, it tasted fine but very insubstantial, bad value

We saw a lot nice reviews for this place and decided to went there on our last day. It kindly disappointed. The caviar was great. The crab cake and the lobster were overcooked. About the steak, just ok, not very impressive.
I want to mention one thing is about one of the server who was not service our table. They split the sauce on the floor and my friend almost fell off the floor, we told him but he didn’t say and do anything. Super rude.
It’s good for the photo but just for fun.

Came for a late Sunday lunch—the restaurant is beautiful inside, loved their decor! Our server Julio is awesome—friendly and attentive.

Food was great! Enjoyed the Escargots, Cobb Salad and Caesar Salad for starters. Also got the Caviar Bagel Tower—can’t go wrong with caviar, so delicious! The Chicken BLT and Grilled Salmon were good—didn’t realize the additional avocado request for our BLT was $12. For dessert, hubby was given a small piece of chocolate cake with a candle, to celebrate his birthday!

We noticed it was closing time but were never felt rushed, really appreciated that.

Came here for breakfast and loved everything about it!

From the moment you walk in, La Fontaine is beautiful—dress up if you want, dress down if you like. It’s the perfect spot for any occasion, whether it’s a casual breakfast or something more special.

Yes, it’s family-friendly! I brought my one-year-old, who (unfortunately) threw a spoon at our server—and he was so kind and understanding. Thank you for not yelling or making us feel out of place. That really stood out to me because this place feels elegant, yet welcoming.

The service was amazing and the food absolutely delivered—delicious and beautifully presented. I asked whether I should try the pancakes or French toast, and our server recommended the pancakes. I’m SO glad I listened—they were to die for. Honestly, they didn’t need syrup or anything else. Just perfect on their own.

Another thoughtful touch: they brought out a baby seat just for my purse, so it didn’t have to touch the ground. Love that kind of detail.

I’ll definitely be coming back—for the food, the vibe, and most of all the gracious and respectful service (even to babies who throw things at your face ). Thank you, La Fontaine!

This was a beautiful restaurant to eat at and to look at! Pink was the color scheme so it immediately made me think “girls brunch!” The prix fixe menu was reasonable but be ready to spend about $50-$80 a person here. The coffee was cheaper here than other places at the Fontainebleau. It was only $5.50. I am definitely trying endless champagne next time – I think it’s a good deal especially if you’re having more than 2 glasses! And I will never come here and not order the Caesar salad. It was one of the best I’ve ever had mainly because they took the care to dress each piece of lettuce. It was so good. The soufflé pancakes were trending but I wouldn’t say they were my favorite. They were really just thick pancakes and had almost a biscuit-y or cornbread-y texture. I think more egg whites would have made a lighter pancake.

I highly recommend this restaurant! You will feel fancy and happily full at the same time.

We had a fabulous experience at La Fontaine, the signature French restaurant for this Las Vegas resort.

We experienced the excellent pre fixed 3-course set menu.

My escargot was excellent. Cheeseburger was good but I’d probably want to try the flatbread if I am doing it again.

My wife loved her crab cakes but her favorite was the Benedict.

Both desserts were yummy. The peach tarts was pretty good and the souffle pancakes was definitely our favorite.

Service was prompt and courteous and the setting is classy.
